Meet Andie Ramirez | Mother & Creator

We had the good fortune of connecting with Andie Ramirez and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Andie, what do you attribute your success to?
From the beginning of my journey— back in 2020— I knew that the most important factor to building my brand and growing, was to be myself. My name in social platforms is ‘Honestly Andie’ and that stems from the promise I made myself to always be honest; honest with my viewers and myself. Social media can be fake and can set unrealistic standards, which is why I felt it was important to share my raw and honest truth. I feel that whatever I was going through, somewhere else there was a wife or mother feeling the same; By being open about my life I am able to create a community where we can support and uplift each other.

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?

Social media moves very quickly, I try to keep up with trending sounds and transitions but I tend to spend most of my time in making quality content. I spend my time building my portfolio with brands and improving my filming even if that doesn’t always align with what’s trending. My days go a little like this: I record, edit, post and repeat— all while raising a toddler.

Working with brands is also a nice challenge for me because each one is an opportunity for me to push outside my normal filming style and I love sharing the brands or products I love with my followers.

We are also currently in the process of moving… It’s more of a sell everything and travel the world situation, so there will definitely be plenty of opportunities for me to practice. I am very excited to see my content style grow through this journey and I can’t wait to take my followers along.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
I’m definitely a lover of the outdoors, so that’s has to be part of it. Mesa verde National park would have to be my go to. The amazing views and picturesque hikes make it a worthwhile trip to take amazing pictures and videos and it gives you time to catch up with your friend while enjoying everything it has to offer.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
I want to dedicate my shoutout to my husband. He is my biggest fan; he not only believes in my dreams but helps me reach them every single day. He has the biggest heart and he plays a big part in my success.
