Meet Bridgit Norris | Leadership Coach

We had the good fortune of connecting with Bridgit Norris and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Bridgit, what was your thought process behind starting your own business?
I looked at my son one day and realized I was missing his life. There was always a meeting, a project, a deadline that had to be met. As I got more into the Corporate grind, my son kept getting more independent.
That moment of clarity shook me to my core. I knew something had to change, but I wasn’t cut out to be a stay at home mom. I wanted to use my skills and grow professionally so starting a business was the logical next step.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
There’s a lot to unpack in this question. I am a leadership coach for ambitious women who are ready to tap into their inner power, utilize their potential, and perform as high-level leaders.
My mentoring method combines a proven system with a No-BS approach to help clients embrace their potential and strength, develop their leadership skills, and chart their own paths to success.
I’ve helped my clients channel their inner CEO, successfully change careers, and claim the promotions they deserve. Most of my clients go on to lead their own teams, create movements, and make a big impact in their industries.
What sets me apart from others is my passion for helping women break free from the confines of conditioning in career and business. I’m not here to give you cookie-cutter advice or tell you what you “should” do. Instead, I celebrate your uniqueness and encourage you to embrace your own path.
I created a space where creativity and authentic expressions are celebrated rather than shut down. I believe that true success comes from being you, rather than trying to fit into a predetermined mold. It’s about embracing your weirdness, your dreams, and your perspectives even if you are different.
One thing that truly excites me is witnessing the transformations of my clients. Seeing them shed the limitations that society has placed on them, discovering untapped potential, and creating their dream life.
But perhaps what I’m most proud of is the Revolt Movement. It’s a place where support, understanding, and encouragement thrive. We uplift one another, share our stories, and cheer each other on as we navigate our unique paths to success.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
We’ll kick off by staying at Sundance Mountain Lodge and munching on some tasty Mexican food at La Casa Fiesta. Our days will be filled with exploring – strolling around Monument Lake, checking out the cool shops in downtown, and having a blast at the Olympic Training Center and Cheyenne Mountain Zoo in Colorado Springs. We’ll satisfy our food cravings with comfort food at King’s Chef Diner and classy American dishes at The Bistro on 2nd.
But hold onto your hat because the real fun starts at the Garden of the Gods. We’ll hike, climb, and take in the amazing views of the red rocks. And we won’t stop there. Manitou Springs and Castle Rock are next on our list, where we’ll shop, dine, and learn a bit about local history. After all the thrill, we’ll unwind at Palmer Lake, enjoying the calm and refreshing Colorado outdoors. On this trip, we’ll sample a lot of local food delights – everything from a brewing company’s comfort food to Italian cuisine and fancy dishes at The MoZaic Restaurant. So pack your bags and get ready for an epic week filled with laughter, exploration, and lots of good food!

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
Here’s to my grandparents, two amazing souls who showed me the ropes of life. They were an all-star team, the kind who knew when to step in and when to let me stumble and learn. Every nugget of wisdom they passed on was like a hidden cheat code to level up in this grand game of life.
My adventure guides, their stories, my treasure maps. Their tales of exploration painted vivid images in my mind, sparking a passion for discovery that stuck like glue. I chase new experiences, and each one feels like a high-five to our shared love of the great outdoors.
They might not be here anymore, but their impact is. It’s like a secret recipe passed down, a mix of their love, wisdom, and a dash of their playful spirit. This shoutout goes to them, my amazing grandparents. Because stories like mine aren’t written in a vacuum, and they definitely deserve to be on the cover of mine.
