We had the good fortune of connecting with Brandi Jaylin and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Brandi, what was your thought process behind starting your own business?

When I launched PH Premier Services, I never imagined it would evolve into what it is today. My journey began years ago when I took on part-time caretaking responsibilities for neighbors’ children and pets in high school. As my Digital Marketing career progressed, I also dedicated time to volunteering with shelters and dog rescues, which led me to clientele for my pet and home sitting side-hustle.

As I navigated career transitions, I found myself increasingly drawn to my side hustle. Through referrals and word of mouth, I began serving busy executives, extending my services to include household projects and personal assistance. Recognizing the potential, I focused on expanding my client base and filling my calendar to move to try to see if I could make this a full-time business.

Entrepreneurship has always been a natural inclination for me. While I may not recall my first official “business”, I’ve always thrived on meeting clients’ specific needs and surpassing their expectations. This passion for personalized service has been at the heart of PH Premier Services’ growth and success.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?

PH Premier Services offers customized personal assistance for busy executives, their pets, and homes, setting itself apart with a range of services including admin support, errand running, home concierge, and premium pet care. What began as a pet care service evolved organically when a client expressed additional household needs, prompting us to expand our offerings to provide holistic support.

Our journey hasn’t been without challenges, but each obstacle has been an opportunity to innovate and grow. By staying adaptable and responsive to client needs, we’ve fostered rapid expansion and created lasting relationships.

Every day brings new lessons, whether in client relations or business strategy, shaping our approach and enhancing our delivery. We’re committed to continuous improvement, ensuring we meet and exceed expectations with each interaction.

At PH Premier Services, we work to enhance the lives of our clients through personalized, reliable assistance. We’re proud to be trusted in managing the complexities of life and dedicated to delivering premier services that simplify and enrich our clients’ lives.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week-long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.?

As soon as they arrive, I’d take them to Milk Tea People for a delicious matcha. They have amazing tea options imported from Kyoto, Japan. We’ll then hit Los Chingones on their upstairs patio for some margs and tacos for happy hour before heading to a show either at Comedy Works or the Paramount Theater.

The next day, for brunch, we’d go to Urban Farmer for their amazing Bloody Marys or One Fold for a yummy coffee and the best fresh-squeezed OJ in town. We’d pop around town on our bikes to enjoy Denver, stopping for lunch at Denver Central Market, where they have many food vendors so everyone can get what they’re in the mood for. It’s always busy and has a fun environment. I’d advise them not to eat too much because we have reservations at Guard and Grace, the best steakhouse in Denver! My order is a cosmonaut to drink, wedge chopped salad, French onion soup, 8oz filet, 6oz grilled lobster tail (opt for the black cod if you’re not into lobster), au gratin potatoes, and an order of chocolate chip cookies to go!

Some honorable mentions:
Fancy date night: The Regular, Alma Fonda Fina, Barolo Grill, Venice, Jovanina’s, or Uchi if you love sushi.
Not so fancy: D’Corazon (make sure whatever you get comes with green chili!), Blue Pan Pizza, Dimestore, Brider, La Loma.
Drinks spots: Welton Room, Union Lodge, B&G Club, Denver Beer Co, Seven Grand, Little Owl Coffee (great unique seasonal coffees).

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?

My family, friends, clients, and GOD are the cornerstones of my life! My amazing parents, Sherri and Steve (shameless plug because they’re truly amazing!) are the main reason I am the way I am today. Their support and love throughout my life are truly invaluable. I don’t remember the “lesson” they were teaching me, but I vividly remember them saying that I embodied the best traits of each of them, and it’s something I’ve embraced and strived to be.

As a child, my parents taught me the importance of hard work, perseverance, and love. They’ve shown me firsthand what it means to live life fiercely and always believe in my abilities. They also raised me to turn to God at all times.

I’m lucky that my friends are like family and that they’re all an inspiration to me. Their laughter and big hearts enrich me so much!

To my clients, I owe so much thanks. They have provided me with opportunities to build, learn, and evolve professionally. Without their trust and support, I – and PH Premier Services – would not be where we are today.
