We had the good fortune of connecting with Eric Estrada and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Eric, is there something that you feel is most responsible for your success?
Our success has been rewarding but that doesn’t mean it didn’t come with patience, time and challenges. Our real estate company has always put people first. Whether you are brand new, experienced, or a top producing real estate professional, we have always made our team our top priority. When you lead and leave the same door of opportunity open for all, there is a sense of unity, collaboration, equality, and support. We believe that “Everyone Deserves a Place to Call Home” ™ and we truly stand by that belief and do everything in our power to ensure that no matter where you come from, where you are at in life or your career, you can find HOME within our organization.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
I am a Colorado Springs native with 16+ years of real estate experience in the states of California, Colorado, Florida, Nevada, and Texas. I am a licensed Employing Level Broker in Colorado and Owner of KW Aspire at Keller Williams Clients’ Choice. I am also a licensed Sales Agent in Texas at KW El Paso in El Paso, TX. Previously I worked with a national real estate firm as Vice President, leading a team upwards of 1,000 real estate professionals throughout multiple regions across the U.S. I achieved my Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management and a Masters in Business Administration with an emphasis in Leadership, both from Grand Canyon University

I am honored to also lead an Expansion Team within Keller Williams which has been recognized not only within the franchise but nationally through multiple reporting agencies, awards and recognition as one of the leading real estate teams in the country.

Homes of Expansion Network was founded in 2014 and has grown to multiple teams in the states of Colorado, Wyoming and Texas. As of 2024 there are 35+ licensed professionals across the expansion network and combined have closed over $225,000,000 million in sales volume, and 650+ transactions. We have consistently achieved Millionaire Real Estate Agent status since 2021 with Keller Williams.

None of this has been easy however every challenge has allowed the team and I to learn and grow. In life we have to fail to get to our next breakthrough. Life and business are imperfect and if we accept that regularly we can get to our next milestone much quicker and more efficiently.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
Visiting Colorado Springs is always an adventure. With a population of 750,000+, and almost the most populous county in the state of Colorado, it has numerous outdoor activities, shopping, and entertainment to keep all busy and entertained.

Some of the best experiences for those visiting would include attractions like visiting the summit of Pikes Peak (America’s Mountain), which sits at an elevation of well over 14,000 feet above sea level. If you are a fitness enthusiast challenging yourself with the Manitou Incline, which is known for its rigorous elevation climb of nearly 3,000 steps, is a must and an extremely popular activity with visitors taking the challenge from all over the world. Colorado Springs is also home to the United States Olympic Committee which has its headquarters in the heart of Downtown. The United States Olympic and Paralympic Museum and the Olympic Training Center compliment the headquarters and offer tours and activities year-round for all ages. Additional attractions include Seven Falls, Santa’s Workshop, and every restaurant, indoor/outdoor activity that most large metropolitan areas have to offer.

If shopping is your thing, visiting The Shops at Briargate, Downtown, Old Colorado City, Manitou Springs, Interquest Marketplace or First and Main are just a few of the hot shopping centers in the area.

The food here is incredible. You can find almost any type of food with local restaurants making the top of my list. The Loop in Manitou Springs and Señor Manuel’s are a few of my favorite Mexican restaurants, while places like Tomo Sushi and Sushi Row offer the best Sushi in town. Whatever you like, you will find it here.

Colorado Springs is growing and definitely has plenty to offer. Plan a visit soon.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
Our entire team. We have over 40 real estate professionals within and each one contributes to our success and amazing culture. They all have a story, a purpose and a reason to call Homes of Expansion Network HOME. We have an incredible Relocation Director, Shawn Gius, who does everything and more. He is genuine, supportive of all and always looks out for the best interest of our business partners and their success. We have an incredible Marketing Lead, Alex Estrada-Rampa, who helps keep our brand fresh and visible. She is responsive, professional and executes every project with care, dedication and unmatched quality. Our entire leadership team (Chandra, Becky, Piper, Silvia, Amanda, Trisha and Melissa) who are challenged every single day. They help shape what we do today and what we need to adjust to become even better in the future.
