We had the good fortune of connecting with Kirsten Von Pechmann and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Kirsten, what matters most to you?
I feel that clients these days don’t see the value of our job as a realtor and I like to educate my clients to let them understand and appreciate everything I do. I am the boots on the ground everyday and see what is changing in the housing market. I always want the best for my clients and with education them they get to see the value I put in. I have worked with my others that don’t take care of their clients and it shows why they think we have no value. This is the largest purchase they will be making. I never wanted them to not know what’s going on or feel like they’re not getting what they are paying for.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
I start from the root of it. Really getting to know my clients and listening to them. I met them from where they need me to be. Every client is different it rare to have the same story or need. So it keeps me on my toes and always learning to help them. I use routine for every client that makes all the checks check and I don’t miss anything for them. I come from a military background with my husband who served and I know that feeling of where will we be next and how are we going to get there. I needed to trust our realtor that they were looking put for us in our best interests. And I still do that today for my clients. Being born and raised here in Colorado I have many roots and connections that help with every aspect of what they need. I had to overcome many hurdles but I have always had the heart to go on. This is not an easy business too take on but one thing is I know I can find or talk to another realtor in my brokerage that will have the answer. I have a lot of support there. So if I don’t have the answer I will find it and be there for them.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
Broncos but that just a Colorado native thing you have to love them! But really the eagles ice hockey team is the most entertaining team in northern Colorado! I love take clients and my family there. We have so many great restaurants and bar that no one knows about. I enjoy exploring them and making time for event to help support those businesses. New speakeasy in Loveland are my fav!

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
My husband for telling me I work with people well and match make my clients needs well. As well the group for giving me the resources I need to succeed
