Today we’re excited to be connecting with Alex Crawfurd again. If you haven’t already, we suggest you check out our prior conversation with them here.

Alex, we are so thrilled to be connecting again and can’t wait to hear about all the amazing things you have been up to. Before we jump into all of that, some of our readers might have missed our prior interview, so can you take a moment to reintroduce yourself?
Hello! For those of you that don’t know me, my name is Alex Crawfurd, owner/operator of BossLady Contracting. We are a full service general contracting firm that specializes in exterior restoration and renovation. We have been proudly serving the greater Denver metro for more than a decade. At BossLady Contracting, we pride ourselves of quality of work, having a positive attitude and well the abiding by the “golden rule.” Like I said in our first interview, in construction, it is not a matter if something will go wrong, it is just a matter of when. When you put your clients and your crews first, there is very little that a bit of time and money can’t fix. It is with this mentality we approach our future and we can wait to see what the future holds.

Great, so let’s jump into an update on what you have been up to since we last spoke. What can you share with us?
The past five years have been great. We have continued to thrive and overall, I try not to complain. We are blessed with wonderful clients that continue to seek our services. Now don’t get any grandiose ideas, General Contracting and entrepreneurship is not for the weary. The emotional peaks and valleys that are experienced in the matter of minutes, can definitely take its toll on the psyche. What I have learned over the years is to try and stay positive since negative thinking most definitely won’t help and positive thinking could. Most of the time there is a solution. Is it ideal? Probably not, however Karma is real, so what goes around comes around and as long as you try a do what is correct, it is not the wrong decision.

We also want to give folks a chance to get to know you a bit better so we’ve prepared a fun lightning round of questions. Ready?
