Meet Cristalle Gleason | Cristalle Gleason, Owner, TMG Marketing Partners

We had the good fortune of connecting with Cristalle Gleason and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Cristalle, how has your background shaped the person you are today?
I was born and raised in a small family that profoundly shaped who I am today. My biological father was incarcerated when I was just three, leaving my mom and me to navigate life together. Watching her work in the steel and plastic industries was nothing short of inspiring. She worked tirelessly to provide for us, and her perseverance and determination left an indelible mark on me. I vividly remember sitting under her desk, coloring while she worked on days I was home sick from school. Listening to her confidently tackle client challenges and work through projects taught me the value of hard work and grace under pressure.
Later in life, my mom remarried an incredible man who became my father. His belief in me and encouragement to dream big and embrace challenges was transformative. He taught me that failure isn’t something to fear; it’s part of the process of achieving anything meaningful. That perspective—watching my mom and dad tackle life’s ups and downs with tenacity—shaped my mindset. They showed me that while hard work is essential, the lessons learned through failure often bring us closer to success.
Today, as the owner of TMG Marketing Partners, I specialize in helping manufacturers, supply chain businesses, transportation companies, and the medical field find their voice in the market. It’s no coincidence that these industries are part of our niche. Growing up, I watched my mom serve these same sectors, and her dedication to those clients inspired me deeply. It’s incredibly meaningful to now lead a business that serves the same industries that shaped so much of my upbringing and worldview.

What should our readers know about your business?
TMG Marketing Partners is more than a business—it’s a calling. Our foundation is rooted in faith, partnership, and community, which truly sets us apart. We specialize in helping manufacturers, supply chain businesses, and the medical industry find their voice in the market, but how we approach these partnerships makes us unique. We believe in building meaningful, Christ-like connections between businesses and the communities they serve.
My journey to owning TMG Marketing Partners has been anything but easy, but it’s been full of growth and faith. After years in retail leadership, I struggled with postpartum depression and made the difficult decision to leave my long-term career. That transition led me to work in small business franchises with an incredible leader, Katie M., who became a key influence in my life. She taught me the value of partnership and community—two principles defining our business. Watching her care for her clients and treating me like a business partner rather than an employee was transformative. She encouraged me to lean into my strengths and think creatively, and those lessons shaped the way I now lead TMG.
Later, I transitioned into the marketing world, working at a small firm where I combined everything Katie had taught me with my leadership style. When the opportunity came to purchase the company, it was a challenging and faith-filled decision. It required sacrifice from my family and a leap of faith, but when God calls you to something, you must listen—and I did just that.
Rebranding and reshaping the company’s vision and values was no small feat. As a Christian-led, women-owned business, staying true to our beliefs while navigating a competitive market has been a delicate balance. We’ve faced challenges, including the possibility of losing clients or leads because of our faith-based approach. But I know that following God’s path is always the right decision, and He has been faithful in guiding us every step of the way.
At TMG Marketing Partners, we’re incredibly proud of our amazing team of talented women and men dedicated to working with our clients daily. Our work-from-home business model sets us apart, which gives our team the flexibility to create a schedule that works for their lives. This approach allows them to spend meaningful time with their families and loved ones while doing work they are truly passionate about. We believe that when people have the freedom to balance their personal and professional lives, they bring their best selves to the table—and that energy and dedication shine through in the exceptional service we provide to our clients.
Our new vision and mission reflect who we are and what we stand for:
Our Vision: We will create a lasting impact in our communities by nurturing deep connections between businesses and those they serve. Rooted in a love for God and a heart of service, we will inspire the next generation of servant leaders through powerful, Christ-like partnerships.
Our Mission:
We are a Christian-led company driven by a passion for making a meaningful difference. We build partnerships that help businesses thrive and empower their local communities. We’re dedicated to blessing local organizations, supporting the youth, and giving back to those in need—all while trusting God and staying true to our values.
This journey has taught me that when you focus on serving others and honoring God, blessings follow. We wake up every day committed to serving our clients with excellence and heart, trusting that our work is part of a bigger purpose.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
Oh man, I’m a Castle Rock girl through and through! If my best friend were visiting, I’d take them on a weeklong tour of all my favorite local spots to give them a true taste of what makes this town so special.
We’d start each morning with coffee at Lost Coffee in downtown Castle Rock. It’s a cozy spot, always filled with laughter and joy and connected to The Cake Company. Pairing their coffee with a slice of incredible cake or a gluten-free cupcake is truly a dream. We’d grab a sandwich for lunch at either B’s Craft Deli or SALT Meat Market, two spots that never disappoint. Dinner in Castle Rock is a treat all on its own. We’d rotate between Tribe at Riverwalk for their amazing elk burger, Union for their delicious small plates, and Scileppi’s inside an old church for divine pasta and pizza. Each place offers its own unique charm and unforgettable flavors.
When it’s time to shop, we’d go to A-Line Boutique at the Castle Rock Promenade, where GeGe keeps me stylish yet professional with her impeccable taste. For client gifts or just fun finds, we’d explore the local booths inside The Barn in downtown Castle Rock. It’s the perfect place to discover unique and handcrafted treasures while supporting small businesses.
Of course, we’d make time to take in the area’s natural beauty. A hike up Castle Rock or through Philip S. Miller Park would give us incredible views and a chance to enjoy the outdoors. If we were feeling adventurous, we might even take a quick trip into Denver for a day to visit the Denver Art Museum, stroll down Larimer Square, or shop in Cherry Creek. But no matter where we venture, we’d always return to Castle Rock—it’s where the heart is, after all.
Castle Rock is such a perfect mix of small-town charm and modern vibes. Between the fantastic food, the unique shopping, and the beautiful nature trails, it’s a place I love to share with people. Spending a week showing my best friend around would be the best time ever!

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
It may sound cliché, but first and foremost, my shoutout goes to our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. He guides me through every aspect of life, and without Him, I am nothing—this business is nothing. I would like to thank my husband, Justin, for his constant love and support—I truly couldn’t do this without him. To my beautiful kiddos, Hunter and Hollins, my amazing mom, and the entire Gleason family—thank you for being my foundation. I’m beyond blessed to be surrounded by such an incredible support system, including my amazing team and clients.
I’ve also been incredibly blessed by mentors who have poured into my life, both personally and professionally. Growing up, my mom was my rock and role model, but my choir teacher, Mr. Davis, was my first true mentor outside my family. He taught me discipline, grit, grace, and compassion. I’ll never forget the day I didn’t have lunch money, and he quietly gave me a $5 bill so I wouldn’t go without it. On another day, I showed up to a choir competition without my pearls, and he didn’t allow me to sing. These moments, though small, were defining. They taught me the importance of accountability, generosity, and self-respect.
Sharon M. was another transformative mentor in my early career. When I stepped into my first significant leadership role at just 22, she believed in me and pushed me to become my best. Sharon demonstrated godly leadership, leading with compassion, strength, and integrity.
Later, when I joined the company that I now own, Kelley T. became a pivotal figure in my journey. As a devout Christian, Kelley showed me how to run a business through a biblical lens. She also modeled what it looks like to balance family, faith, and a career in ways that honor God’s calling.
Even now, I’m surrounded by incredible mentors like Amy W., a remarkable woman from my church. She mentors me in my faith, marriage, and role as a business owner. Without her wisdom and encouragement, I wouldn’t be where I am spiritually, relationally, or professionally.
Mentorship has profoundly shaped my life, which is why I’m passionate about serving and mentoring youth. People like Mr. Davis, Sharon, Kelley, and Amy shaped me into who I am today. I believe it’s my responsibility and joy to pour into the next generation just as they poured into me.
