We had the good fortune of connecting with REBECCA ARCHULETTA and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi REBECCA, what was your thought process behind starting your own business?
My thought process was born out of both pain and purpose.
After losing my father—the last of six immediate family members—to a sudden death in 2020, I hit a personal rock bottom. At the same time, I was laid off from my corporate career after 17 years. It felt like everything I had built was gone in a moment. I realized I had spent most of my life helping others grow in the workplace, but I hadn’t fully healed myself.

That was the moment I paused and asked: What do I really want my life to stand for?
I knew I didn’t want to go back to a job that only scratched the surface of transformation. I had already been trained in psychology and traditional therapy methods, but I needed something deeper. That’s when I discovered Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) and the Dietless Life method. These tools helped me finally process the trauma I had carried for decades—and I felt called to offer that same level of healing to others.

Starting my own business wasn’t just a career move—it was a mission.
I wanted to create a safe space where people could uncover the root cause of their struggles, rewrite limiting beliefs, and live with confidence, freedom, and emotional peace. I’m not here to give people a temporary fix. I’m here to guide them through a permanent transformation—because I know what’s possible when you finally stop surviving and start healing.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
I help people break free from emotional weight, self-sabotage, and outdated beliefs that keep them stuck. I’m a Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) Practitioner and Dietless Life Coach, and my work is all about guiding high-performing, heart-driven individuals to heal from the inside out. Most of my clients have tried everything, diets, talk therapy, EMDR, and even mindset work, but they haven’t gotten to the root of their struggles. That’s where I come in.
What sets me apart is how I create a safe, judgment free space where people can uncover and transform subconscious blocks they didn’t even know were running the show. I combine science backed therapy with deeply intuitive guidance and personalized hypnosis that help rewire the brain for lasting change. It’s not surface level coaching. This is soul deep healing.
I got to where I am through lived experience. After losing six immediate family members, culminating in the sudden loss of my father in 2020 and being laid off after a 17 year corporate career, I hit rock bottom. That pain cracked me open. I realized the old way of doing life, pushing through, numbing, overachieving, wasn’t sustainable. I knew there had to be more, and when I found RTT and the Dietless Life method, it changed everything. I healed on a level I didn’t think was possible, and I knew I had to bring that to others.
Was it easy? Absolutely not. Starting a business while grieving, healing, and redefining your entire identity is no small task. But I learned how to surrender perfection, trust my intuition, and stay aligned with my purpose, especially when things got hard. I stopped trying to “prove” myself and started showing up authentically. That’s when everything shifted.
What I’m most proud of is seeing the lives change; clients who release decades of shame around their bodies, who finally feel peace in their minds, who get promoted, fall in love, and start living as the most powerful version of themselves. That’s what lights me up.
If there’s one thing I want the world to know about me and my brand, it’s this: You are not broken. You don’t need another diet, another quick fix, or another hustle strategy. You need a safe place to heal the root cause. That’s what I offer, deep, lasting transformation so you can finally feel at home in your body and your life.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
If my best friend came to visit, I’d want to give them the perfect mix of nature, culture, good food, and soul-filling experiences. Northern Colorado has such a unique vibe, laid-back, creative, and full of beauty. I’d make sure they felt all of it. Here’s how our week would go:
Day 1 – Welcome to Fort Collins!
We’d start by walking through Old Town Fort Collins, soaking in the charm, street art, and local shops. We’d grab brunch at The Silver Grill, it’s cozy and fresh, the perfect intro to the region. Then we’d catch a film or local event at The Lyric, where indie films meet funky vibes. Dinner would be at Austin’s American Grill for a taste of true Colorado comfort food.
Day 2 – Horsetooth Heaven
No trip is complete without a day at Horsetooth Reservoir. We’d hike, paddleboard, or just chill with a picnic and stunning views. Later, we’d head to Blue Agave Grill for their signature margaritas and unique southwestern dishes.
Day 3 – Music & Magic at Mishawaka
We’d take the scenic drive up the Poudre Canyon to The Mishawaka Amphitheatre, a bucket-list experience. If there’s a show happening, even better. There’s nothing like live music surrounded by nature. On the way back, we’d stop at New Belgium Brewery or one of the many local breweries for a nightcap.
Day 4 – Culture + Connection
Time to switch gears with a visit to the Fort Collins Museum of Discovery, a blend of science, history, and hands-on exhibits that spark curiosity (for kids and adults). Then we’d enjoy dinner at the Hearth Restaurant in Windsor and sit on the balcony with views of Windsor Lake, elevated, cozy, and full of heart.
Day 5 – Brewery Day
We’d spend a whole afternoon brewery-hopping around Fort Collins—starting with Breckenridge, then Odell, and maybe a few lesser known spots like Funkwerks or Purpose Brewing. We’d grab food truck bites along the way and finish the day with a laid back hangout at The Exchange in Old Town.
Day 6 – A Day in Estes Park
We’d head into the mountains and spend the day exploring Estes Park, walk around the lake, visit local shops, check out the sparkling, custom jewelry designs at The Goldsmith Village and maybe catch a wildlife sighting or two. If they’re into a little thrill, we’d explore the iconic Stanley Hotel. Finish with beautiful mountain dining at a kitchen skratch- kitchen, Bird and Jim.
Day 7 – Soul Sunday
We’d wrap the trip with a peaceful morning walk around the Benson Sculpture Garden in Loveland, brunch with bottomless mimosas at A.K.A. Kitchen and maybe take in the Farmer’s Market at the Old Fairgrounds. .
What I love about Northern Colorado is that it offers something for every version of you; the adventurer, the foodie, the artist, the dreamer. The people are warm, the energy is creative, and there’s a strong undercurrent of community and healing. It’s my home, and it’s always an honor to share it with others.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
There are three people who deeply influenced my journey and deserve heartfelt recognition: my Aunt Estella and friends Gwenda Perez and Randy Baker. Each of them played a unique and powerful role in shaping the person and the practitioner I’ve become.
My Aunt Estella was my cheerleader, always believing in me and encouraging me to keep going no matter what. Gwenda was my quiet guidance and navigator for starting a business.
Randy was my rock, steadfast, nurturing, and full of quiet wisdom. In the midst of deep personal loss and transition, he showed up with unconditional love and unwavering belief in me. He reminded me of my strength when I couldn’t see it for myself, and his words, “You were made for more”, became a mantra that carried me through some of my darkest days.
He helped me turn my strength into purpose. As a peer and friend, he held space for my transformation and challenged me to rise into the version of myself I had been afraid to claim. He offered clarity, encouragement, and honest reflection that helped me build not just a business, but a mission rooted in healing and authenticity.
Together, Aunt Estella, Gwenda and Randy represent the perfect balance of heart and strategy, love and friendship. Their belief in me helped me believe in myself, and now I get to pass that forward every day to the people I serve.
