We had the good fortune of connecting with Danielle Sandoval and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Danielle, how does your business help the community?
I believe exercise is imperative to overall health. Building a healthy, strong body through group exercise gives our community a place to become the best version of themselves while creating healthy habits and connections😃

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
I absolutely LOVE what I do! I specialize in HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training). I love the way HIIT makes me feel. The energy, positivity and confidence you feel after completing a session is unmatched.
As an elite gymnast growing up I learned how to stay disciplined and focused on my goals. I bring that mindset into my overall vision of High In10sity Fitness. I believe that challenging yourself is the best approach to growth physically, mentally and emotionally.
I’ve had to overcome multiple obstacles along the way. COVID hit almost a year into my teaching career. I did free live videos on Facebook during this time to help motivate others to continue to move their bodies and improve overall mental and physical health.
I subleased at two different studios when I couldn’t afford a place of my own. I never quit, I never gave up hope that one day I could establish a place of my own. I’m happy to say a dream was realized. I have my own studio and I’m focused on making the most of this opportunity 🙏🏼

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
I love, love Boulder, Co. The mountains, the trails and the people make this beautiful city a must visit in my opinion 🥰
The food is also extraordinary! From organic food to luxury dining you can find it all in boulder.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
My husband, Isaac Sandoval is not only my spouse but my biggest supporter! He has helped me build my business from the ground up. From finding my studio to ensuring I have everything needed to become a successful business owner. I couldn’t have created such a beautiful business without him.
I also have a very supportive community. My friend and associate trainer Amanda (Mandy) helps me teach classes two times a week to ensure my clients have access to evening classes!
