Hi Gabe and Mike, can you walk us through the thought-process of starting your business?
We wanted to create a dental practice and environment where families would feel like family, a place where our community and patients could truly trust that the people providing dental care would always think with their best interests in mind. We focus on optimizing our surroundings, meaning that everything and everyone around us would benefit from servant minded leadership. Union is designed to give your family a seamless and synergistic dental experience. Offering orthodontics for children, teens, and adults, private treatment rooms, visual and sensory accommodations, sedation, and sleep dentistry, each visit is tailored to our patient’s specific needs. We created Union with the singular goal of providing kind and compassionate care.

What should our readers know about your business?
We treat each and every opportunity to serve people as an enduring reminder of our professional aspiration; to practice the craft of healing in order to extend a helping hand to those in need. We are committed to serving others and providing value and care in our community. We truly enjoy what we do and feel incredibly fortunate that going to work every day never feels like work!

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
With so many amazing things to do and places to visit in Denver, it’s tough to limit the list to so few. Spending time in Denver wouldn’t be complete without being outdoors. A hike in the mountains, a run on the Highline Canal, paddle boarding at Chatfield Reservoir, and if it was winter we would without a doubt spend time skiing. Denver has a fantastic culinary scene. We would definitely grab a cup of coffee from Corvus Coffee Roasters, have breakfast at Denver Biscuit Company, and enjoy dinner at either Perdida, Mercantile, or Tavernetta (who knows…possibly all three). For a night out, grab a drink at one of the many local breweries in town, and then head downtown to cheer on the Nuggets.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
We would like to specifically give a shoutout to our wives, Maddie and Heather, for their love and ongoing support of our vision to provide a joint orthodontic and pediatric dental practice to serve others here in Colorado. To our families and friends, thank you for your guidance and support. To our amazing team, thank you for your dedication to serve others and make Union such a special place. You have all played instrumental roles in our lives and we are forever grateful.
