We had the good fortune of connecting with Jessica Armstrong and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Jessica, how does your business help the community?
My goal is to create a seamless experience for people buying and selling homes in the community as well as providing a work life balance through my business, to my clients and team members as well as.

Working in a busy real estate market it is very important that buyers and sellers are provided an excellent service from their agent. I believe an attentive, experienced agent who has your best interests at heart is an absolute must when purchasing or selling your home.
TCCREATED was designed to give some of the best agents in the business more time to focus on the needs and interests of their clients and more space for family, friends, interests and growth. To free up this time, we take on the tasks of their transactions. This includes scheduling items, tracking dates and deadlines, facilitating requests with exceptional responsiveness and professional communication. As an extension of our agents we are committed to a seamless and educational experience for current and new homeowners.

One of our core values is the importance of an impactful balance for work and life and an obligation to growing this idea across our community and anyone we can reach. Everyone should have the opportunity for success and happiness. Through practice, passion and commitment we are always moving towards a place where others have more control over how they spend their time and are enjoying what they do.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
What separates TCCREATED apart is being genuinely passionate in providing exceptional support that our clients need to have the space and peace of mind that we promise to them. We strive to create more time each day for real estate agents so they can thrive in every part of their life. As a Real Estate transaction Management Service, we take on tasks that would normally keep agents at their desk to give them the freedom to be who they need to be. We do this by tracking dates and deadlines, sending reminders, as well as following up and checking files for compliance. Communicating, scheduling and facilitating requests to keep transactions running smoothly. Our systems are designed to handle a high volume of transaction so as our agents’ business grows we are able to continue providing the support they are used to.
I am very thankful for the growth, referrals and amazing opportunities creating my own business has brought. I would not say it was easy but the experience is something special.
The important lessons I have learned along the way and I recommend to keep in mind when starting a business or looking to grow:
-Keep your mind open to changes and allow yourself room to adapt.
-Reach out to others for help, their is a whole community of amazing people doing what you are and happy to offer advice or point you in the right direction.
-Never compare your journey to others’ our paths will always be different. You will find more happiness when you let what challenges and opportunities you face to guide you.
Our brand focuses on building and growing careers so people can experience joy with work and life. Everyone has specialties, interests and visions for themselves. Our big vision and purpose is to develop programs and educational tools to make this more attainable to as many people as possible.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
Each part of Colorado offers its own amazing activities and places to go. I have spent the majority of my years in Colorado in the high country so we will go with Grand County! If they are visiting in the summer, we would grab some coffee and burritos to go at Simple Coffee in Granby. This wife and husband owned shop offers a friendly atmosphere with homemade breakfast burritos and seasonal coffee flavors. We would then take a drive to Lake Granby to kayak. This huge lake is surrounded by breathtaking views of the mountains and plenty of room to find a quiet spot to launch your kayak. Then we will head to the town of Grand Lake which is lined with family owned shops and restaurants. You can grab a quick bit or ice cream cone from Miyauchi’s Snack Bar and sit down by the lake. It can be one of the most peaceful places to just relax and take in the majestic views.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
Having a great support system was crucial in the start, success and growth of TCCREATED. My top dedication would go to my incredible husband, Travis. When I told him I wanted to start my own business soon after we had purchased our first home together he didn’t flinch. He said, without hesitation, “You should do it!” It was unconditional support I had never felt before and gave me the confidence to move forward. Since then he has been there for the ups and downs, the emotions, the hard days and the celebrations. He has been my sounding board and constant encourager, reminding me of my talent, passion and care for my clients. It is really something special that I am very grateful to have found in a partner, this business has as much of him in it as it does me.
