We had the good fortune of connecting with Adriana Flores and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Adriana, what led you to pursuing a creative path professionally?
I chose to pursue a creative career because I did not wanna work for anyone else. I wanted to be my own boss. I also enjoy expressing myself through my work, and I think being an esthetician shows that and im very passionate about making others feeling good in the community!

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
When I created BellasFloresStudio I had my family & future In my mind. Being first generation isn’t easy. I strive every single day to make a name for myself, and I feel like I can accomplish that through my business. I pursued esthetics because it was something I was very passionate about. I have always loved to care for others, and make others feel better about themselves. So for BellasFloresStudio I aim for not just great services but relationships with my clients. They mean everything to me.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
Living in Colorado means you get the mountains, which is so beautiful. I would take my best friend up to probably in Boulder. It’s great food, great drinks, and a great view.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
My esthetic teacher! Carrigain! I’m forever grateful and thank my lucky stars every day to had have such a wonderful teacher like her. She taught me so much about this industry and how to navigate it. She has always been supportive even after I graduated. She’s awesome and I strive to be half the woman she is.
