Hi Adrienne, what is the most important factor behind your success?
There are several key factors that contribute to the success of my business, even in a challenging market. Firstly, passion plays a significant role. I am deeply passionate about my job, and I’ve surrounded myself with a team that shares that same enthusiasm and dedication. This shared passion drives us to continually strive for excellence and deliver exceptional results for our clients.

Additionally, we’ve identified and capitalized on niche areas within the real estate market. By specializing in segments such as probate or assisting clients going through significant life changes like death, divorce, or relocation, we’ve positioned ourselves uniquely. These niche areas often present opportunities regardless of market conditions or interest rates, providing a steady stream of business and allowing us to thrive even when others may struggle.

I’m most proud of our exceptional performance in a challenging market. Despite higher interest rates, we’ve not only managed to thrive but experience rapid growth.

One of our standout achievements is our extensive portfolio of listings. We are launching new listings weekly. We’ve earned a reputation for providing white-glove service to our clients, ensuring that every transaction is handled with the utmost care and attention to detail. This dedication to excellence sets us apart and has contributed significantly to our success.

Moreover, I take great pride in my role as a mentor to other agents. Being able to share my knowledge and experience with them, and witnessing their growth and success, brings me immense joy. Knowing that I’ve played a part in helping them achieve their goals is incredibly rewarding, and it underscores the collaborative and supportive culture we’ve cultivated within our team.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
There are so many incredible spots in the city and int Colorado that it’s hard to choose just a few favorites! But if I had to narrow it down, here are some places that I absolutely love:

The mountain towns; Vail, Aspen and Breckenridge, where I escape to the spectacular Rocky Mountains for skiing, trail running, hiking, and enjoying great restaurants.
As a sushi lover, my top picks are Matsuhisa in Vail or Cherry Creek, and Sushi Den or Izakaya Den.
Kini in Cherry Creek: It’s a fantastic spot for indulging in delicious cuisine and enjoying the vibrant atmosphere of Cherry Creek.
El Five in Lohi for the vibrant rooftop vibes.
The Clayton Club: This place is a gem for its fun events and networking opportunities. It’s the perfect spot to connect with like-minded individuals while enjoying great food and drinks.
Death & CO is a great sophisticated New York style cocktail bar.
Corvus coffee; some of the best cortado in town.
Le French: As a European girl, the authentic French cuisine always transports me back to Europe, and every meal feels like a culinary journey.
Highline Canal: perfect for running or biking.
Wash Park: for running or just some people watching.

These are just a few of the many wonderful spots that make our city so special. Each one holds its own charm and significance, contributing to the vibrant tapestry of experiences that our city has to offer.
