We had the good fortune of connecting with Alex Gil and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Alex, what is the most important factor behind your success?
Living in a state of gratitude and reverence. love what I do and deeply caring for people’ healing and growth.

What should our readers know about your business?
I am proud of my devotion to learning and to serve my clients at my very best. Excellence and presence are deep values for me.
I am proud that I walk my talk. I can sit with my clients pain and suffering with fierce compassion and allow them to process as long as they need. I can do that because I do my own work of healing myself. I devote time and energy daily to improve myself.

Building a coaching business has not been easy. I was growing a lot and the pandemic came. I had to close my studio in Boulder, I ended a hard relationship, I lost money, clients…I had to basically start over.

It takes deep love and dedication to build a business. It is a spiritual journey.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
Hikes at Chautauqua Park. Coffee at Spruce Confection on Pearl.
Eat at the Kitchen Upstairs.
Happy hour at Santo.

Books at the Boulder bookstore. Cold Plunges at the Creek.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
All my teachers like Paul Chek, Dr. Gabor Mate, Anne Rice.
My clients who teach me every day.
