We had the good fortune of connecting with Amber Conant and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Amber, is there something that you feel is most responsible for your success?
I can truthfully say, “I love what I do”. That passion has fueled me to go beyond expectations.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
ACiSquared is a woman owned, full service flooring dealer. The owner, Amber Conant, began her flooring career as a receptionist. Her knowledge developed organically as she took on new roles and responsibilities from estimator to project manager and into sales. She understands the different requirements for each position which has allowed her to develop detailed processes which focus on alleviating problems in the filed to keep a project on track from beginning to end. This knowledge has set up a successful team and great partnerships in the industry attracting top talent in the office as well as in the field.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
There are so many great places in Denver it truly depends on the audience, but time and time again we find ourselves sneaking away to the mountains . Depending on the time of year, we are cuddled up by a fire in a remote cabin enjoying the simple fun of family and friends, tubing with the kiddos or hiking. We almost always convince them to eat at Real Thai in Arvada, the flavors take my husband and I back to our favorite vacation to Thailand. We are in kid mode at the Conant house so we absolutely have a blast in Colorado Springs at the “North Pole”, Train rides and all the fun museums.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
There are so many people who have brought this dream to reality, but over the years mentors, friends and family have said defining comments to me which have not only shaped who I am, but also shaped the foundation of my company. Those people and comments are posted on the homepage of my website.
