We had the good fortune of connecting with Angela and Liz and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Angela and Liz, can you walk us through the thought-process of starting your business?
Angela: Ultimately to have control of my own life. I wanted to be with my family more and still be able to maintain my relationships with my clients.

Liz: I wanted more say in what I can offer my clients to make their experience better and so I am able to control my own life also.

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
First of all, nothing about our story was easy. We both were single mothers working hard, diligently and passionately for decades to achieve the clientele and skill set we have today. We are most proud that we overcame the struggles of just trying to survive to being proud business owners.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
Angela and her family love to go on the boat and camp in Blue Mesa. Liz would take people to some cool hiking spots for the day. Golden Gate Canyon is beautiful. We both would suggest a great patio to sit, eat and share some cocktails any where local. Angela and Liz are easy going and can have fun anywhere! We are the party!!!

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
Our family and clients that really have supported us and encouraged us to make the jump to be on our own!
