We had the good fortune of connecting with Angela Lenhardt and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Angela, how does your business help the community?
I have devoted my life’s “work” as a spiritual author, inspirational speaker and mentor to healing myself and being of service to other’s heal their own life.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
I am an intuitive life coach and spiritual healer.

I am most proud of the emails, texts, or phone calls I’ve from clients/students who reach out and say, “Thank you. Your mentorship and books have helped me change my life.”

I got to where I am today through hard work and dedication. I didn’t take no for an answer and I stayed true to myself and following my intuition.

No. The journey sucked and it was difficult. Lots of sacrifice and commitment to growing up and my commitment to transforming my life from the inside out.

I overcame my challenges by reflecting on my life and taking responsibility for the energy I was projecting out into the world. I was committed to do whatever it took to find inner peace and happiness, which I realize now is an inside job. No one can change your life, except for you.

Lessons I’ve learned. 1. Never waiver in my faith to God. 2. Have courage, be kind. (Just like Cinderella says to do) 3. Speak up for yourself. 3. Good boudaries. 4. Discipline myself. 5. Respect myself and others.

World to know: There is no one more committed to living your life than you. Follow your heart and take your common sense with you.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
First thing I’d do would be to go to the barn and be around the horses! In my opinion, Horses are the best teachers and have a way of helping each of us be in the present moment and connect with our authentic self.

I Love food, good wine and fun experiences. Whether we dine at the Capital Grill, Olive and Finch Eatery or a local bistro such as, Shells and Sauce, it’s all good! And yes, its depends on my mood and what my body is craving!

A favorite day experience for me: 1. Go to local coffee shop. I enjoy Steam expresso bar on Pearl St. and then go for a hike. Depending on the time frame, I may go to Red Rocks or take up a drive up to the mountains and enjoy the day backpacking or sitting next to a stream. And finally, sit on the patio and watch the sunset. Observing Mother Nature is my all-time favorite thing to do in life.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
I dedicate my success to the people and animals who have believed in me, even on the days when I stopped believing in myself. And of course, my bff and horse, Trigger. He’s now 43 yrs old.
