We had the good fortune of connecting with Ben Gosz and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Ben, is there something that you feel is most responsible for your success?
The key to our success lies in effectively promoting our brand to our audience (Real Estate Professionals) without coming across as too pushy or salesy. We have found a fine balance in this approach. Additionally, our success is driven by consistency in both our messaging and service levels. This consistency helps people recognize and trust our brand as they become more familiar with it.

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
What sets me apart is my dedication and work ethic — I work harder and I care more than most other people in my profession. This type of commitment has driven our success and is something I am really proud of. I’m very excited about the growth and future of our new Chicago Title office in Colorado Springs. Professionally, I fell into the industry and although it hasn’t always been easy, my passion and hard work have been key. I’ve learned that sometimes you need to take steps back before moving forward. Even if those steps back are years. You need to believe in the future vision. Ultimately, if you care about what you do and you put in the effort, you will deliver a great product or service, no matter the industry.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
I don’t think you can go wrong getting anywhere in the mountains in Colorado. Whether you enjoy smaller towns or larger ones (like Vail and Aspen) our mountains in Colorado offer something for everyone.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
My boss that hired me into the business, Brandon Smith. My mentor, Gavin Higashi. I’m also able to work late at night, and make it to events with my wife’s support of our family.
