We had the good fortune of connecting with Bethany Endter and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Bethany, alright, let’s jump in with a deep one – what’s you’re definition for success?
Building authentic relationships with my clients! People can tell if you are actually invested in their health and wellbeing or if you’re just interested in building your brand. If your clients feel safe, connected, and leave their sessions with you feeling better than how they came, your business will thrive regardless of what’s going on in the world.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
I am a Fascial Stretch Therapist, and I help my clients discover how AMAZING their bodies are designed to feel. Fascial Stretch Therapy (FST) is a science based method of stretching that feels the yummiest! Instead of focusing the stretch on the muscles, FST targets the fascia – the connective tissue that surrounds all of our organs and body systems. The results of FST are really impressive: increased range of motion, better posture, optimized athletic performance, better sleep… As a dancer and yogi, I’ve never found a method of stretching that’s proven to be this effective or that feels so good!

Building my business has been a journey, in the beginning I had trouble pinpointing my strengths and leaning into them. The word “stretch” can be very polarizing – people either imagine something that feels great or they imagine complete torture! I needed to show people what FST is so they could have a sense of what to expect and why they needed it. I am not great at social media, but I discovered that allowing myself to be seen made all the difference! Also, reaching out to influencers to come try out FST and share their experience helped me reach a larger community more quickly. Above all else, my clients trust me, and they keep coming back and referring me out!

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
I would take them to City O City! It’s a cute restaurant with great vegan and gluten free options. Then, I’d take them to the Red Rocks Amphitheater, it’s definitely worth the trip! Golden is nearby, and it’s such a fun spot with breweries and unique shops. I would also spend some time checking out the murals in the Rino Arts District.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
I would love to thank Stretch to Win Institute, specifically Anne and Chris Frederick, who developed Fascial Stretch Therapy. Their commitment to excellence and finding new ways of helping clients feel better in a way that’s safe and effective is inspiring! Becoming a Fascial Stretch Therapist has opened so many opportunities that I wouldn’t have had otherwise, and it’s helped many of my clients recover from movement restrictions and injury.
