We had the good fortune of connecting with Carol Malone and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Carol, what inspires you?
I am inspired by all of the moms I see. They are strong, loving and supportive. The moms are THE BEST moms to their kids and I am inspired by them every day.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
FIT4MOM offers pre and postnatal health, wellness, and fitness programs for every stage of motherhood. All of our programs were created by moms for moms to provide Strength in Motherhood. FIT4MOM is so much for than just the fitness. The community, friendships, and support is what truly sets us apart. A saying that a lot of moms have is that they come for the workout, but stayed for the community. It is so important to have that as mothers. The instructors and everyone in class has been through what you are going through and it is comforting to know that and to not feel alone. My family and my team has helped me get to where I am today. Purchasing the franchise during a pandemic was not easy. My team helped me tremendously and the desire to reach as many moms as I can. Knowing that moms need the community and support more now than ever.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
There are so many fun things to do around here! I would definitely take my friend to enjoy the outdoors. A hike at the top of Flagstaff is always beautiful and not as difficult as some locations. We would grab some drinks at Acreage in Lafayette and some food at Verde in Louisville. If more kids are tagging along, the Children’s Museum in Lafayette is a lot of fun or going swimming at the Bay in Broomfield. And of course, hitting up all of the FIT4MOM North Metro Denver classes!

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
I want to dedicate this shoutout to my family. My husband, Jacob, and my daughter, Meredith. Without them I would not be where I am today. Their support and love helps me get through!
