We had the good fortune of connecting with Cynthia Rose and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Cynthia Rose, we’d love to hear about how you approach risk and risk-taking

I prefer to think of it more as “taking leaps of faith” when speaking of things which may feel “risky” or uncertain.

We can never know what the outcome of any decision we make, will be. We also each have different definitions of what we feel “risk” is. What one person feels may be “risky”, another person may feel is a natural and comfortable choice to make. We also change our point of view on “risk” over time. What I used to feel was a “risky” decision, is now a thrilling and vibrant experience for me, as I challenge myself to reach to greater heights in my own personal growth and development.

I feel that in life, we will be offered many opportunities to notice where we may be operating with fear-biased programs or imprints. These programs can cause us to become self-limiting in the way we explore ourselves and the world around us, and in such, we may deny ourselves the opportunity to reach our full potential. When we are offered the opportunity to observe that we feel “afraid” of something (i.e. something that feels “risky”), this is an opportunity to be courageous, and to overcome these self-imposed limitations.

Because of my personal perception of “risk” I’m not sure that I would say I’ve been a big “risk taker”, but certainly there may be others who perceive my choices as risky.

The “leaps of faith” I have taken have involved a lot of brave decisions in following my purpose and passion. I have taken the leap into some pretty large financial investments and huge life changes. Seven years ago, I ended my marriage and moved half way across the country to begin a new life in a place where I knew no one. I trusted that I would be able to create a beautiful life for myself and my children here. I also trusted that I would find my soul family here, and I prayed for those connections to happen. They did. Every financial leap of faith I took paid off, with the exception of one, but I trust that in time I will turn that around into something even greater.

I left a comfortable life for a life of complete uncertainty. I guess I leapt into the void of “not knowing” and yes, there were times when that felt really lonely, and maybe a little scary, but I trusted my heart to guide me toward my own destiny in the ways most beneficial for my overall purpose here.

I feel strongly that prayer and following our inner guidance or intuitive process gives us a sense of trust in the “Great Mystery”, that we don’t have without those things. Then, of course, offering gratitude for the miracles that do show up in our lives is a huge part of staying in the energy of continued provision for abundance and prosperity in all ways. I feel that when we have a connection to Creator, there really is no room left in our minds for the idea of “risk”, as we understand that we are in a co-creative dance with the expression and manifestation of Consciousness itself. Faith, trust, surrender, courage, and a healthy sense of humor are crucial to successfully embracing the opportunities we are provided with, to speak a resounding “YES” into the great void of infinite possibility.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
When I chose to move beyond my marriage back in 2014, I had no idea what I would do to support myself and my two boys, as I moved forward into a brand new life. I was a stay -at-home momma, and had spent years of my life struggling with my physical health. I was uncertain as to how I would be able to be well enough to have the vibrancy to begin an entirely new career. It felt really scary… until all of a sudden… it didn’t.

I prayed. I received the answers to my prayers in such magical ways that there were moments when it didn’t feel real.

I was guided, and I listened to the guidance I was offered. Because I learned the value of saying yes, I met the people I needed to meet, in order to be shown a whole new world of opportunity for myself which was, ultimately, my life’s purpose presenting itself to me just as planned all along. DESTINY, I guess you could call it, not only came knocking on my door, but it came like a lion: strong, certain, and majestic.
I was introduced to the world of the Alternative Healing Arts in the spring of 2014 and began my training in August of that same year. In leaps and bounds and instantaneous shifts, I healed my own body, mind, and spirit, and took my life back. It was exhilarating and strange and wonder-filled and surreal! I learned to trust and follow my intuitive guidance. I learned to open to the communication from spirit. I learned to speak to the Unified Field and open to possibility states many would still think impossible. I worked hard… REALLY, really hard. I understood that the foundation of my healing arts practice would depend on my own courage and ability to build my own foundation as strong as possible. My success would rely on my ability to transcend my own limitations, limited beliefs, and self-sabotage. It would depend upon healing my body and coming into resonance with vibrant, optimal health.
I have committed myself to this path every day since making the decision to say yes to being in service in these ways.

I officially began my professional Healing Arts Practice in January of 2016. I have seen the miraculous happen with many people who were guided to align with me with the help of spirit, when we were meant to meet. I learned through experience with my own process, how to understand the underlying core contributors to spiritual, psychological, emotional, and physical dis-ease/pain, and how to work through the cognitive interpretation and narrative into a healthier and more empowered perspective. I call the process I engage in with clients “Transformational Dialogue with Body, Mind, and Spirit.” It is a unique combination of Mindfulness-based cognitive reframing/coaching, intellectual detective work into the layers of the conscious mind, intuitive interpretation of the information in a person’s biofield, and the employment of quantum methods of “energy medicine” to reintegrate, heal, activate, and transform the person’s entire experience. The clients who seek my assistance come to me ready and willing to be open to what shows up, and open to doing the work necessary to transform their lives in an empowered way. Healing on all levels is not a simple undertaking, and there can be some pretty intense challenges along the way, which I think is why many people are fearful of embarking upon the journey of what true healing is really all about. When diving into the realms of trauma work and energetic healing, it is crucial to work with a properly trained, skilled, and experienced practitioner who is operating in integrity with a heart-centered, faith-based practice.

I do feel that I stand out from others in the realm of Alternative practice, simply because I come into it with my own unique experience, gifts, training, and ability to care deeply for everyone who comes to me to co-facilitate in the process of their own healing and blossoming into fullness. I am deeply committed to “doing the work” myself, which cannot be said of all practitioners working in this field of practice, and I have a high standard of personal ethics, which translates into my professional practice. I am in a continuous process of learning new techniques, studying human physiology, and exploring the realms of human consciousness and psychology. Much of the education I have had has been experiential. I have a direct understanding of how these holistic methods of transformation work based on personal experience, as opposed to reading about it or watching someone else doing it. I feel that what I am able to offer to people (or animals!) who feel aligned with working with me, is a loving, safe, and potent space within which they can learn more about how to love themselves. I help people explore how to stand in their own power in ways which are beneficial not only for themselves, but for everyone they interact with. Based on the results and feedback from the clients I have worked with over the years, I offer an incredibly well-rounded, supportive, nourishing, and educational experience for anyone who feels called to co-create in session with me.

It feels important to note that I work with individuals, couples, families, animals, and even the energies in spaces.

I couldn’t possibly express in a short article all of the things I have learned along the way. Understanding the intricacies of the human psyche and human behavior through the study of “self” and other is a fascinating area of focus. Add to that, the understanding of the quantum nature of our experience and the interconnectedness of all things in the Unified Field… quantum physics… magic… wizardry… haha… My lessons have been both intense and immense, and the growth I have experienced has been incredibly gratifying at the same time that it has been “wrecking ball” painful along the way. One of the best and perhaps harshest lessons was understanding what true humility looks like, and how it walks in the world. I’d say, humbly, I am still a work in progress on all of it, as the layers we peel back seem to be endless, and the parts of ourselves revealed in the process can feel infinitely deep. As a somewhat fiercely independent woman and maybe a bit stubborn or stoic at times, learning to ask for help and be receptive to the love that asks to love me in ways that don’t always feel comfortable has been a process. Offering my care and love to others was simple… no strings attached. Moving beyond the conditioning of “love comes with obligation and strings attached” was tricky, but I think I’ve done well. I still find myself saying “no, I’ll do it myself”, but I will more often than not, stop myself and redirect to accept the help/love being offered. Understanding that saying “yes” to others who are asking to help us is actually a gift of love to THEM too, has been a really helpful lesson. I also understand that as a person “in service” in the realm of caregiving, if I am asking others to be open and trusting of my care, then I needed to learn to do the same with those who feel in integrity with my wellbeing as well. I suppose you could say that there were times when opening up and being vulnerable with others felt like the most “risky” thing of all.

What I would like the world to know about what I’ve come to share, is that we are ALL capable of the miraculous. It is what we ARE. We have been taught to be so limited in our beliefs around what true human potential can look like. There are infinite possibility states and realities available for us to explore and discover, and it really comes down to frequency and vibration… resonance. What creates resonance? Our thoughts, our feelings, our language, and our actions. We can take the necessary action steps to ALIGN with our greatest potential with faith, trust, surrender and developing a strong connection to the quantum aspects of self. True healing is really a re-establishing and re-writing of the ‘code’ or information we are attuned to in our own personal bio-fields. We can all empower ourselves to write better, more magical, more joy-filled stories for ourselves, and it is our conscious choice to be in charge of that.

Free will choice is THE gift!!

I can help others understand “how”, because I am doing it for myself too. That’s really what I’m here for: to remind people that the journey back home to the truth of who and what they are, is a journey they can choose at any given moment.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?

I don’t live in Denver, but rather, just South of the city in Monument, CO, so I am not familiar with many places within the city. I have always loved Confluence Park in downtown Denver and it’s fun to watch the people kayaking, paddleboarding, and tubing down the river during the nice weather. A trip into REI is always a fun experience while there too. There are so many incredible restaurants in Denver. If I had a friend visiting, I’m sure we would spend most of our time in Denver exploring different places to stuff our faces with delicious foods. lol

A couple of my absolute favorite places to go, not far from Denver, are Garden of the Gods and the sweet little town of Manitou Springs. Manitou has wonderful little restaurants, shops, and parks. Monument Rock and Mount Herman are incredibly beautiful places to visit and explore south of Denver as well.

Any place we can get out and explore nature in the area, is going to be a breathtaking experience for sure. We are so fortunate to be right here on the edge of such a beautiful mountain range.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
First of all, I offer a shoutout to Creator/God/Yeshua/Magdalena/Great Spirit, for answering my cry for help and guidance back in 2014. I was pulled from the pit of despair in a single moment, because of my desperate prayer for mercy, and I would not be where I am now without the continued loving and supportive presence of that which we call “God”, coming to me in all things. I am not a person of religious dogmatic belief, but I am a woman of strong faith in something much greater than myself, as an innate and integral part of myself and of all that exists. Connecting through my heart with the master we call “Jesus Christ” or more accurately, Yeshua, taught me to bow at the altar of my own self and of all things, in reverence for that which we call “Divine” or “Holy”. This spirit came to be as a feeling in the core of my being, which offered a message beyond words, and communicated to me that “Truth” would speak to me not through my mind, but through my heart. From this connection, all things blossomed. For every single human being who has been a part of my experience here, I am grateful. I am grateful for all of the non-human beings as well, including seemingly inanimate objects which are also expressions of Consciousness itself. There are too many teachers, helpers, and guides to mention here, and they are all Beloveds. I would not be exactly where I am and who I am right now, without the impact and influence of every single one of those Beloveds, and I am eternally grateful for their contributions to my life.
So… Thank you, to every one of you. If you are reading this now, you know who you are. Thank you, also, to all of you whom I have not met. You are loved and you matter and you have in one way or another impacted my spirit through the collective field which is eternally “WE”.
