Meet Daisy St Pierre | Tea room owner

We had the good fortune of connecting with Daisy St Pierre and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Daisy, can you walk us through the thought-process of starting your business?
There is something special about sipping tea. It can take you to a serenity moment even in the middle of a busy life. I love hosting and setting up a nice tea table for friends and family to come and spend a quality time together. I open this tea room with that idea in mind. A nice elegant setting for people to come and find serenity time with their loved ones. I want this tea room to be a special place for people to come celebrate their special occasions or just come for a cup of tea.

What should our readers know about your business?
We use local ingredients and bake everything in house. We hand blend and pack our loose leaf tea in small batches. In Estes Park, we have people come from everywhere to visit Rocky Mountain. This is a very special place for a lot of people. It’s a family tradition to come here every year. So they alway looking for something special to do together. That is what I most exited about. Providing a special place for people to enjoy.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
Definitely visit Rocky Mountain National Park. You can hike, scenic drive, or just a nice walk around the lake. You have to stay in Estes Park. There a lot of activities to do for everyone. Shopping locally made/handmade products in downtown, Biking/walking around Estes Lake, Mountain coaster, walking the river walk and spotting elks!

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
I alway thank God that he open the door for me to have my own tea room. Also, the encouragement from friends and family especially my husband. He is alway been a big support in everything I do. I also thank Estes Park community for their love and support even before the tea room open the door. I had a customer who I don’t even know before came in and bring me flower and say congratulation for your new business. That warms my heart.
