Hi Dr. Wes, what is the most important factor behind your success?
The most important factor in the success of “Norco Chiropractic” is operating with an authentic compassion towards our patients. Healthcare in the US has become too much business and not enough real patient care. We trust that if we truly care about our patients and treat them like a friend, the returns will be unlimited and our business foundation will be fortified.

What should our readers know about your business?
It has been a blessing and a joy to serve our community. The authentic compassion we operate with sets us apart from other healthcare facilities. We are fortunate to not have to do any marketing. Our patients have spoken for us, referring family members and friends to us for care. Our saying is, ” We are here to help anyone who walks through our doors and asks for help”. This moto has created an inviting, friendly, and safe place for people to come.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
If a friend came to visit, I’d have to take them to the local breweries in Windsor and the surround communities. Those environments demonstrate the creative spirit of Northern Colorado. It shows the tenacity of our local, small business owners and each establishment reveals the “community” feel that makes Windsor so great.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
My wife, Nikki, deserves the credit for the success that Norco has experienced. She has been a navigator and a work horse. She has remained optimistic and steady. Nikki has provided the helping hand during the growing process and has given an abundance of time, energy and patience, affording Norco the chance to go above and beyond for our community.
