We had the good fortune of connecting with Eryn Henderson and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Eryn, what is the most important factor behind your success?
The most important factor that contributes to my success as a Realtor is honesty and a genuine respect for my clients and their lives.
I sincerely believe that developing a true sense of who someone is as a person, and cultivating a genuine relationship/friendship, allows me to create a fun and stress-free home buying/selling experience for my clients.
Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
My Real Estate journey began out of necessity and a yearning to have a fulfilling career that I loved. Having spent the majority of my 20 year professional life in the service and liquor industry, I felt that I had exhausted the passion that I had initially felt when I first started. With the onset of Covid, it was an opportune time to follow my heart and do something I had always wanted to do but had never been brave enough to take the leap. Changing your life is never easy, but for me, the benefits have far outweighed the challenges.
The biggest value I can bring to my clients, that additionally contributes to the betterment of this industry as a whole, is Education and Honesty. Real Estate is so sensationalized in the media, creating a lot of misinformation surrounding home buying, lending, and the market in general. It genuinely brings me joy to provide education and guidance to my clients. Each transaction is different and each personal has their own unique real estate journey. It is a privilege to help them to find comfort and security in a space that meets their needs.
I feel so fortunate that I get to wake up every day, excited to go to work and do what I truly love.

Shoutout to my husband!
When we raise children, they say it ‘takes a village.’ This rings true for me in all aspects of my life, but especially in my career. Real Estate is not a traditional 9-5 job and it can be challenging to find a work/life balance. My husband has always selflessly encouraged and enabled me to take all of the time necessary to allow my business to grow and for me to fully support my clients at all times. Whether it be taking calls at all hours, weekend showings and open houses, late night and early morning offers, his patience and support are paramount to both my success in business and in life.
