We had the good fortune of connecting with Garret Gifford and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Garret, what is the most important factor behind your success?
We have a strong brand name that continues to grow based on the efforts of both our franchisor and the franchise network overall. Our business has been successful due primarily to the strong team we have been able to assemble over the years. We have over 100 years of signage experience and very loyal and dedicated employees.

What should our readers know about your business?
I believe our key differentiators are our commitment to making the customer experience a positive one for every project we undertake.

We are celebrating our 20th anniversary in business. There have been many challenges, ranging from expansion into a new and larger facility, to economic downturns, to the COVID pandemic. We have been persistent in our goal of trying to meet and exceed customers’ expectations and I think that has enabled us to experience consistent growth over two decades of being in business.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
I love to fly fish, and so do most of my best friends, so we’d be on a river for a day or two.

Red Rocks is a venue that should be on every person’s bucket list, so a concert or at least a visit would be on the list of to-do’s.

My favorite restaurant is Steakhouse 10, so for a great meal with a fun atmosphere, we’d have dinner there.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
As I said in answer to the first question, my wife, Kim, and I owe our success to our team. We could not have had the success we’ve experienced without them.
