We had the good fortune of connecting with Ian DaClouds and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Ian, how do you think about risk?
Risk have made me .. LITERALLY , I always been the one to just put all my coins on the line , especially if I’m betting on me

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
Well what I think sets me apart the most is my vision and how I approach my craft. I don’t just follow what’s hit at the moment. I’m on my on Tide you feel me . I got where I am today with a lot of hard work and sacrifices, gave up a lot for this no lie.

And hell naaw it wasn’t easy

And what I want the world to know is , I’m on the way , and when I get there
ITS ALREADY TOO LATE

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
Probably take them to Denver biscuit company grab some food , head downtown on a Saturday get some vibes , then take it to black hawk if they want to gamble a lil , but I really be in the studio or the bank most of the time so it would probably be a short trip for them lol

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
Well I’m my story I think I definitely have to shout out , Mannie Fresh , out of all the people in the industry he has shown me the most about the game. How to keep a good solid relationship, and how to communicate , not to mention he helped groom my sound early in my career
