Meet Jason Alexander | Founder of Clear Choice Interior Glass

We had the good fortune of connecting with Jason Alexander and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Jason, do you have a favorite quote or affirmation?
One of my favorite quotes is ” we only regret the chances we didn’t take.” In 2018, I started Clear Choice Interior Glass, I thought I needed a partner, I didn’t. In 2021, I partnered to form Warrior Home Pros, I thought I needed a partner, I didn’t. In 2022, I realized that I didn’t need anyone but myself, hard work, and a bit of confidence. If you have dreams, go for them, work hard for them, don’t quit and if you do, go back to them.

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
I have been in the glass and mirror industry for a little over 18 years. I started out delivering glass. One day during a delivery I asked a customer about the glass industry and his work. After several deliveries and many conversations he offered me a job as an apprentice, from there I gained experience in commercial and residential glass. Over the years, I worked for various companies, one in particular had an incredible leader, I learned a lot from him. When he retired everything at the company changed, I went on to work for several other companies, however I never found a leader like him. This man made you want to work extra hours, he cast a vision for all of us and made us passionate about the work and ourselves. I want to run a company and be a leader like him. I knew when I took the plunge into ownership it was going to mean grinding everyday, there are no breaks when building a business. If I’m not out working on a project, I’m doing a bid, answering a call, marketing, networking, and following up. If you want to be successful you have to be consistent and willing to work non-stop. I hope to grow my company and be the leader that people want to work for, and be a company that is known for taking care of it’s employees. When you take care of your employees they will take care of your customers.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
I would take them to the Colorado History Museum. This museum is filled with information about the history of Colorado of course, but it always has a section about the history of my family. My great, great grandfather was one of the first black entrepreneurs in Colorado, my grandfather followed in his foot steps.

There are generations of successful business owners in my family, I am really proud of that. Next, I would take them to Denver Biscuit Company, the atmosphere is great, they have great food and it would be a great place to catch up. My favorite food there is the chicken biscuit. Next, we would be off to Grand County for a little hiking, fishing, and exploring Rocky Mountain National Park and the views on top of Trail Ridge Road.
