Meet Julie Loar | Astrologer

We had the good fortune of connecting with Julie Loar and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Julie, other than deciding to work for yourself, what was the single most important decision you made that contributed to your success?
Having my own consulting work has enabled me to work with many people one-on-one and go deeply into their astrological cycles. Working for a company, or others, made that impossible. Most of my clients are referrals so I believe my decision to work for myself was right.

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
In addition to counseling I am a teacher and author. I’ve written eight books, dozens of articles, and full length courses. I feel that walking my spiritual path and doing my best to live what I teach, and be an example to others, is what guides me on my path.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
Denver Art Museum, Red Rocks Theatre, Rocky Mountain National Park

Alright, so let’s jump right in! The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there a person, group, organization, book, etc. that you want to dedicate your shoutout to? Who else deserves a little credit and recognition in your story?

The books by Alice Bailey have offered profound inspiration and caused me to go deeper in my own journey of discovery.
