Meet Kaetlynn Pastore | Wellness Coach

We had the good fortune of connecting with Kaetlynn Pastore and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Kaetlynn, what was your thought process behind starting your own business?
My thought process behind wanting to start my own business was pretty simple. I wanted to take the love I had for wellness and the experiences of my own personal struggles with the space, and bring them together to help other women who may be going through the same things I’ve experienced.

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
My road to get here was really a lot of trial and error with my own health and fitness. Once I found a good balance and had really cultivated a deep, loving relationship with my body I wanted to save women from as much hardship and struggle as possible.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
My favorite places to try out are usually in the Highlands! There are so many different places to try out and they’re far from your average chain restaurant. Any sporting event is also a fun time! If we wanted to explore outside of Denver I would definitely put Vail, Estes Park, or Glenwood Springs on the list.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I went to Red Rocks Community College for my certification courses and I think the program was amazing!
My husband has also been a huge support in my goals.
I really like following other institutional accounts on Instagram. Shayla Quinn, Ollie Branson, and Sarah’s Day are a few of my favorites!
