Our culture is one driven by a compassionate team of caring, credentialed, high quality professionals who strive to provide our clients with pathways and new ideas to improve their quality of life and wellbeing.
SO WHY MEDITATION? “Find Wholeness”: At TMTC we understand the value of having somebody there to guide you on your journey. Meditation has been proven to be beneficial for stress relief, relaxation, improving fatigue, and clarity of mind. With out services and products, it is now easier than ever to access healing for your mind, body, and soul.
WHAT MAKES US DIFFERENT? “We Vibe High”: Meditation has now become more valuable in 2023 for all of us. As our world evolves, you also evolve, and we are here to support you every step of the way. Here we integrate videography, photography, and fashion to encourage and support you on your path to wellness. How do we do this? By using a special instrument called a teleidoscope! REVERBERATE, for example, is a revolving collection where we hand select each quality piece of minerals seen through the lens of a teleidoscope – each month we have a new curated video and clothing design seen through the special lens. What makes REVERBERATE so special is that each monthly tribute corresponds to the birthstone from that month. For example, January is known as “Garnet Days”, February is known as “Amethyst Days”, March is known as “Aquamarine Days”, and so on. Not only is REVERBERATE fun and relatable to all people, but the photography and art gives individuals the opportunity to be reminded daily of the symbolism of the teleidoscope which is “Looking Within and Staying True to You” (whether it is with the video content found on YouTube or with wearing the artwork on leggings or other products found in our shop). Other collections include various partnerships and collaborations including NATURAL SWEET LIFE, which is dedicated to food videography and photography. Every two months, for instance, we hold events pertaining to various organic and natural sweet foods. What makes this collection so special is not only can you wear the artwork on various clothing options, but it ties in with integrative nutritional coaching and teaching various styles and ways of living a healthy lifestyle.
READY TO EVOLVE? “Stay True”: Our captivating geometric patterns have all been specifically curated, and organically formed with the use of mirrors that reflect only the highest vibrational quality! Aside from our Gallery, we also offer you a variety of educational classes, professional services, and meditation programs. We invite you to join the “VIBE TRIBE” – check out our YouTube channel @TMTCVIBEHIGHRADIO which includes sound healing and meditation classes such as “TMTC Virtual Storytime Hour”, and our various Self-Paced Meditation Programs (e.g. “DEVOTIONALwarrior 10-Day Meditation Transformation” & “HALFLORDoftheFISHES: 14-Days to Sun Salutations”). And if you’re in need of new leggings or active wear (including hats, bags, and other “meditation tools”), visit our shop today! I have come a long way professionally, and it has not always been easy. For instance, I have had many life experiences and have had to learn how to “go with the flow” while simultaneously staying disciplined and diligent with my work. I have also had to learn my worth as a strong female with a lot of skills, knowledge, and abilities that I cannot just keep to myself. I have learned that “showing up” and sharing my strengths with others is empowering. I have also had to learn that staying authentic to myself and using time wisely is what matters most.
At a young age I was always involved with group activities and sports. I believe that these experiences helped me develop my leadership skills as well as helped learn at a young age many life lessons, especially with learning and playing the game of golf. For example, there are many similarities with golf and meditation. In golf, for instance, you control what you think, and cannot get stuck in your head. Another lesson from learning golf is to breathe and let go – there is always another shot waiting. Aside from learning lessons as an athlete, I also have learned lessons as a working professional in both the public and private sector. For instance, having a background in tourism and hospitality has given me a strong foundation pertaining to customer service and cultural diversity. And all the volunteering (with various museums, events, and organizations) I have done in my past has given me the ability to understand my work ethic and what matters most – helping myself by helping others.
“If you do what you love, you’ll never work a day in your life”. This quote is especially true for the life I live. Since coming out as an artist and creating TMTC in 2021, my identity has shifted to a place where I feel most authentic. The services that I now provide are not only appealing to the senses but help guide your mind, body, and soul to a place that is safe, whole, and healthy. I went from working a “regular Monday through Friday, 9 to 5” job, to a 24-hour a day, seven day a week career with creating content and teaching others a better way of life, and I wouldn’t change a thing.
Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
This is the best question ever! I absolutely love taking road trips – we would take a trip up and down the coast of California! We would start in San Diego with visiting Silver Strand State Beach and the San Diego Bay National Wildlife Refuge. We would stay and dine at the famous Hotel Del Coronado. From there, we would visit Los Angeles (my hometown) – we would go to this great little taco place I know of right on the beach, near Hermosa Beach. After spending the day hiking in the Santa Monica Mountains, we would stay the night in a little town outside of Los Angeles, known as Ojai. From there, we would go north to San Luis Obispo, another place I have lived in my life. We would go to one of my favorite pizza places known as “Klondikes” – this is the place where you get the peanuts and throw the shells on the ground! After having our pizza lunch, we would visit one of my favorite camping and hiking areas known as Montana de Oro, located in Los Osos, California, just outside of San Luis Obispo. We would get a hotel for the night in the beautiful town of San Simeon, and hopefully see the famous herd of zebras that are known to graze upon the hills overlooking the ocean outside the famous Hearst Castle. From here we would go north to the Mystery Spot, located in Santa Cruz, California. We would continue north and stop for a bite to eat in the town of Castroville, where we would get smoked salmon and a Bloody Mary cocktail at Phil’s Fish Market. We would drive through the bay area, making our way towards the Redwoods. We would camp again at one of my favorite spots in Gualala, California (Gualala River Campsite), where we would wake up early to visit the tide pools. From there we would stop to visit the Point Cabrillo Light Station (just 6 miles south of Fort Bragg). We would head north and stop at the Lost Coast to hike to the Punta Gorda Lighthouse via the Lost Coast Trail (Petrolia, CA). This trail is a 5.5 mile beach hike in Kings Range Wilderness featuring amazing ocean views, tide pools, and a historically significant lighthouse. After the hike, we would hit the road again and make our way to the very northern part of California – Crescent City. We would stop and visit the Redwoods National and State Park, and end our trip at the Oceanfront Lodge, a place I discovered not long ago which is near another beautiful lighthouse (Battery Point). Of course, we would want to go further north into Oregon to continue the adventure!
Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
I would like to dedicate this to all my followers and subscribers – without your support I would not have the courage to share not only my art, but also my skills, knowledge, and abilities as a Wellness & Meditation Coach. “Thank you” from the bottom of my heart for your support.
