Hi Laura, why did you decide to pursue a creative path?
My professional background is deeply rooted in the spa industry, with a focus on holistic esthetics. I have always pursued a creative career and I believe that creativity is a significant factor for success in this field. In fact, holistic estheticians who can think outside the box have an advantage in providing personalized and unforgettable experiences for their clients. I was able to customize treatments, by tailoring them to each client’s unique needs, which allowed them to feel seen and heard, resulting in an overall sense of well-being and relaxation.

In addition, crafting the right atmosphere and ambiance in the spa is essential in creating a serene and inviting environment for clients. I found that paying attention to details like lighting, music, decor, and the overall flow of the space can transform a spa session into a holistic sensory journey.

Now, as the owner of ility, I have the opportunity to extend my creativity to product development by sourcing unique and effective ingredients and formulating products that align with my holistic approach. Aromatherapy blends are highly effective, and by blending different essential oils and scents, I can create custom blends that evoke specific moods, promote relaxation, or address particular skin concerns.

Having a partner who supports you is truly a blessing. It’s amazing to have someone who believes in you and encourages you to pursue your dreams and passions. Personally, I am grateful for my fiancé who has consistently been a source of encouragement through the ups and downs of life. He is always there to celebrate my achievements and provide comfort during difficult times. A strong support system, especially within your significant other, can make a big difference in your personal and professional journey.
