We had the good fortune of connecting with Louise Keaton and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Louise, can you walk us through the thought-process of starting your business?
Starting my own social media marketing business wasn’t something I planned from day one—it was something I felt. I’ve been working for years as a Sr. Account Manager in the chemical industry, managing markets across the US, Canada, and LATAM. But deep down, I knew there was something more aligned with my purpose.

I discovered digital marketing almost by accident, but once I got into it, I was hooked. I felt this strong calling to help small and medium-sized businesses show up online, tell their stories, and grow. It became clear that this wasn’t just a side interest—it was my mission.

When I decided to pursue this path, I was pregnant, working full-time, caring for my toddler, and taking courses in digital marketing. It was a lot. But I knew if I could push through that chaos, I’d be creating something meaningful—not just for me, but for business owners who don’t always have access to high-quality, affordable social media help.

So, I said to myself: “It doesn’t have to be perfect, but it has to start.” That was the mindset. It wasn’t about waiting for the ‘right’ time—it was about building something with purpose and heart, one post and one client at a time.

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
My career started in the corporate world, working in international B2B sales for a Pure Air Technologies Company—managing markets across the US, Canada, and LATAM. I still hold that role today, and it’s given me a strong foundation in strategy, communication, and building real, lasting relationships. But somewhere along the way, I discovered something unexpected: a passion for digital marketing, specifically social media. And when I found it, it felt like home.

That’s when everything shifted. I started studying every night, diving deep into courses and content while also being pregnant, raising a toddler, and working full-time. It wasn’t easy—it was a season of pure hustle. I had to push through fear, exhaustion, and self-doubt. But I kept going because I believed in something bigger: the idea that small and medium-sized businesses deserve a real shot at showing up online with confidence and strategy—even if they’re working with limited budgets.

What sets me apart is not just my marketing background or my international business experience—it’s my heart. I truly listen to my clients. I take the time to understand their goals, their audience, their pain points, and then I create a strategy that feels like it was made just for them—because it was. I believe that when my client succeeds, I succeed. We’re a team. And I pair that with the kind of customer service that makes people feel seen, heard, and supported.

I’m most proud of starting this business during one of the most chaotic, vulnerable times in my life—and still making it happen. That taught me my biggest lesson: you don’t need perfect conditions to begin. You just need purpose, grit, and a willingness to show up for your dream every day.

What I want the world to know about me and my brand is this: I’m here to serve. My mission is to make powerful, effective social media strategy accessible, human, and aligned with your business goals. Whether you’re just starting out or looking to grow, I’ll be in your corner, helping you show up online in a way that reflects your brand and connects with your audience.

This is more than marketing. It’s personal. It’s passion. And it’s just the beginning.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
If my best friend came to visit me in Berthoud, Colorado, I’d make sure they experienced the peaceful charm of our town and the stunning beauty of the Rockies.
We’d start with a cozy breakfast at Trailhead Cafe, then stroll through downtown Berthoud and Fickel Park for that small-town, local vibe. One day would definitely be dedicated to Estes Park—my favorite spot. We’d hike, take in the mountain views, maybe spot some elk, and just enjoy the magic of Rocky Mountain National Park.
Evenings would be for relaxing at Berthoud Brewing Company or sipping wine at Sweet Heart Winery nearby. It’d be a week of good food, beautiful nature, and meaningful moments—Colorado-style

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
Definitely. As someone who came from Brazil and started over in a new country, I know how hard it is to build something from the ground up. Being an immigrant means learning how to rebuild, adapt, and push through challenges that most people don’t even see. Nothing was ever handed to me—I had to earn it all. I’ve been a fighter my whole life, and that fight lives in everything I do, both in my career and in my business.

But I didn’t do it alone. My parents have always been my rock. They worked incredibly hard to give me a good education, strong values, and a deep sense of ethics. Even when things weren’t easy, they gave me the greatest gift—belief in myself. Their encouragement, their sacrifices, and their constant motivation are a huge part of why I’m here today.

My husband has also been my biggest supporter in this chapter of my life. Through every sleepless night, every doubt, every new course or client, he’s been there saying, “Keep going, you’ve got this.” That kind of love is priceless.

And of course, I’m grateful for the mentors, instructors, and professionals who have helped guide me through the world of digital marketing. They opened doors and helped me see that yes, I do belong here.

But above all, I believe my journey has been guided by my faith. I wouldn’t be where I am without God. He has carried me through the hardest seasons, given me strength when I felt weak, and continues to lead me in my business, career, and family life. My faith is my foundation, and I know I’m never walking alone.

This journey is mine, but it was never walked alone. So this shoutout is for the people who stood beside me—and for every other immigrant woman out there chasing a dream with courage, heart, and hustle.
