Hi May, what is the most important factor behind your success?
Without hesitation, I would say the most important factors are our product quality, customer service, and communication style. We have made it our mission to always assist our customers, understand their needs and desires, and provide the right products and services. We have always networked with our customers and other small businesses in the market. We have never hesitated to learn and experience new things. We believe that doing our work with love and setting goals are other factors that lead us to success.

What should our readers know about your business?
What sets us apart is our focus on customer satisfaction. We strive to meet our customers’ needs with high-quality products and services. We are proud and excited about the positive feedback and satisfaction from our customers.

Our partner Birsen Duran’s family runs a small weaving business. Their income comes from weaving high-quality organic Turkish cotton towels for us, which we bring to our customers. It excites us when customers come to the Farmers market saying they only want our Turkish towels and plan to replace all their regular towels with them.

Cappadocia Turkish Towels is just one year old. We started last summer and have faced many challenges, especially with weather conditions at Farmers markets, festivals, and events. However, we have developed our own solutions and continue to work with determination.

We want the world to know that we always adhere to principles of honesty and customer focus. These values have guided us in growing our business and building strong bonds with our customers.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
Actually In three weeks, my sister and close friends will be visiting me. First, I plan to take them to Vail for a small tour, and then we will all have a meal together at a German restaurant. We will go to our airbnb and enjoy our hot tub. The next day, I plan to take them to Rocky Mountain National Park and Estes Park. It will be a short and enjoyable getaway.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
Partners’ Work Ethic: I owe a huge thank you to my business partners who have played a significant role in our success. Without their work ethic, flexibility, and constant pursuit of innovation, it would not have been possible to reach this point. Especially Birsen Duran’s problem-solving skills and Muhittin Koksal’s customer-focused approach have played a major role in the growth of our company.

Family: I’ve always felt incredibly lucky to have my family. They taught me the importance of spirituality and being a good person, knowing it would benefit me throughout life. I’m grateful to them for their unwavering belief and support, which have given me courage. They instilled in me the values of always trying, putting in effort, and trusting in positive outcomes. I’m thankful to my family, my partner, and my beautiful daughter who brings me so much joy.

My Best Friends: Endless thanks to my best friends. Their sincerity, support, and constant presence mean the world to me. They have had a significant impact on helping me navigate life’s challenges and achieve success. My friendship with them is a great source of richness in my life.
