Meet Nathan Buschman | Business owner & Videographer

We had the good fortune of connecting with Nathan Buschman and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Nathan, can you walk us through the thought-process of starting your business?
Honestly, starting my own business came from a mix of passion and necessity. I’ve always loved creating, whether it’s through photography, video, or content strategy and I realized I wanted full control over how I use those skills. I didn’t want to just work for someone else’s vision; I wanted to help build others up using my own.
There was also this drive to build something that could grow beyond just me, a brand that reflects quality, creativity, and intention. It wasn’t just about money to me I wanted to meet new people and leave something behind that could leave a footprint when I’m done.

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
It definitely wasn’t easy getting to where I am today. I’m 25 now, but I was raised by my grandparents, and when my grandmother passed away suddenly in 2022, it shifted everything for me. She was my rock, and losing her pushed me to really reevaluate what I wanted out of life. I had to grow up fast, especially with four kids, one of whom is now on hospice. Life didn’t leave me much room to wait around or play it safe.
I started my media agency in 2025 because I knew I needed to build something not just for myself, but for my family. I’ve always loved connecting with people through video, capturing real moments and stories that matter. That’s what drives me ,creating content with meaning, not just visuals.
There were a lot of challenges, balancing work and family, staying focused through grief and stress, trying to get a business off the ground without a blueprint. But I learned to keep going no matter what. I learned that consistency beats motivation, that showing up matters, and that people connect with realness more than perfection.
What I want the world to know about me and my brand is this: I’m not just here to make content, I’m here to tell stories, elevate voices, and create something lasting. My journey is proof that even through pain and pressure, you can still build something powerful

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
If my best friend was in town for a week, I’d keep it simple and just show them the real things I like to do. We’d grab food at Burnout( burgers are fire) and probably get some ramen downtown one night. We’d get a couple good training sessions in at Genesis Training Academy or Edon Fitness, then maybe hit the mountains for a hike or go chill at this lake in Longmont my wife and I like. It’s a laid-back spot where we play volleyball and hang with friends. And if we’re trying to go out one night, we’re definitely hitting up 3070, that’s the go-to. Good mix of fun, food, and real moments all week.
