We had the good fortune of connecting with Paige Parker and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Paige, do you have any habits that you feel contribute to your effectiveness?
Discovering equilibrium and focusing on what truly counts at any given moment instead of attempting to accomplish everything simultaneously like a superhero. I’ve realized the significance of discerning where to channel my energy to avoid burning out. Embracing and embodying our brand completely has empowered me to convey to others the importance of striving for their healthiest selves.
What should our readers know about your business?
The inception of Whole Health Club originated from a casual conversation on our couch back in 2013, when Chase, Sam, and I were roommates. After experiencing resistance from traditional gyms that dismissed the idea of having a kitchen onsite, we refused to accept defeat. Instead, we viewed this skepticism as an opportunity for innovation. Whole Health Club emerged as ‘the gym with the kitchen,’ a unique concept that remains unmatched in the industry. We take immense pride in our originality, knowing that our idea has positively impacted thousands of individuals. Beyond just physical movement, our space has enlightened people on the delectable flavors of fruits and vegetables.
Our journey hasn’t been straightforward; we’ve encountered numerous challenges along the way. However, overcoming the hurdles of 2020 while still receiving unwavering support was a significant triumph for our brand. Collaboration and leveraging each of our strengths propelled us forward during tough times. With a resilient “we won’t be deterred” mindset, we not only defied the notion that gyms were becoming obsolete but also reshaped the landscape of health and fitness. In the face of predictions about the future of gyms, we seized the opportunity to underscore the importance of community in one’s health and fitness journey. We aspire to demonstrate that cultivating a supportive environment, fostering accountability, and providing a safe space are indispensable elements in discovering one’s healthiest self.
