We had the good fortune of connecting with Rhae Majerowski and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Rhae, Let’s talk about principles and values – what matters to you most?
Trustworthiness is the principle that matters most to me. This principle is the foundation of all meaningful relationships, personal and professional. To me, trustworthiness means doing the right thing even when no one is watching.
It’s about being dependable, following through on commitments, being honest even when the truth is difficult, and showing others that they can count on you in both small and significant moments. When people can rely on your word and your actions are consistent with your word, you create an environment and relationship that can grow and thrive in the healthiest way.
Upholding this principle helps build lasting connections, fosters integrity, as well as mutual respect.
It’s not always easy, but it’s always worth it!

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
I am the owner of Progressive Care Chiropractic. I started my practice in 2011 after being an associate chiropractor for another office for 3 years. I started my practice in an office that was owned by another chiropractor who was planning on retiring. She was wonderful in supporting me building my practice. With her guidance, guidance of friends/colleagues who owned their own practices and taking classes through the SBA, I was able to get my practice underway. Fourteen years later, I have a solid practice built, thanks to everyone in my life that helped me, including my patients that have been with me since the very beginning!!
I have become a chiropractor that cares for the entire family with a special interest in perinatal and pediatric chiropractic. My practice includes patients of all ages. I have adjusted individuals from 1 day old to 95 years old and every age in between! What I love most about my business are the connections that I get to make with my patients! I feel honored that they chose to come see me out of the many others options that they have and they trust me to guide them in their health and overall wellness. I love to hear their health story and over the years of caring for them, get to know them as extended family. I love learning new techniques and health information that I can then share with my patients for their health betterment. My latest endeavor is that I am currently working on completing my functional medicine certification. I look forward to completing this certification and implementing this in to practice to provide a more well rounded health care experience in my office.
My mission is to provide a healing environment in my office and help my patients of all ages live happier, healthier lives through personalized, compassionate care.
I have learned that there is not a once size fits all care plan for all patients. Each person is a unique individual with specific needs and goals, so, creating a care plan that is tailored to that person is key to the success in their healing journey. This is not an easy task. It is one that calls upon all the knowledge that I have learned, along with a dash of creativity and perseverance but when it comes together and the life of an individual improves because of it, there is nothing more rewarding!

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
Well, Denver, and Colorado in general, has so many fun things to see and do it’s hard to narrow down the possibilities. Since I live in the Green Mountain area, my family and I enjoy going out close to home. I personally enjoy taking visitors to Red Rocks and then walking around Morrison. The Morrison park is relaxing and beautiful especially along the river and of course there are great options for restaurants and shopping in town. When we decide to venture out of our “bubble”, we like to head to Breckenridge. I love skiing there in the winter, and in the summer, the baskets of flowers throughout town are the most spectacular. My family and I enjoy hiking in the many trails in Breckenridge and when we are fortunate enough to venture even further from home, we love to head to Marble where cell service is non existent.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
To quote Chuck Palahniuk, “Nothing of me is original. I am the combined effort of everyone I’ve ever known.”
Who we are and how our lives have been shaped is all thanks to our life experiences and the many beings that we have encountered, family, friends, co-workers, patients. In my life, in addition to my many life experiences, my biggest support that has allowed me to transform my practice in to what it is, has been my husband and children! My husband believed in me when I decided to open up my own practice! He has supported me in my continuing education, certifications pursued and all of the stressors that come with being a business owner. My children have been an inspiration to me in my life and professional career bringing about my passion for helping infants and children as well as the entire family, in their wellness journey! To my husband and children, I am forever indebted to them for their love and support!
