We had the good fortune of connecting with Rusty Stevenson and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Rusty, is there something you believe many others might not?
“List your home high so you have room to negotiate.”

That one drives me nuts. Overpricing just chases away serious buyers and leaves a house sitting while better-priced homes sell. Then you’re stuck making price cuts, looking desperate, and ultimately selling for less than you would have if you priced it right from the start. My approach? Price it strategically, create a frenzy, and let the market push the price up—not down.

What should our readers know about your business?
I run Saturday to Sold, a real estate system designed to do one thing—sell homes for top market value in just three days. Most agents talk about marketing plans. I built a repeatable, step-by-step system that gets predictable results every time. The biggest difference? I don’t just list houses—I launch them. I create buyer demand, competitive urgency, and momentum that drives the best possible price in the shortest time. No waiting, no price drops, no BS.

Getting to this point wasn’t easy. The real estate industry is full of outdated advice, bad habits, and agents who operate on hope instead of strategy. I saw firsthand how many sellers were leaving money on the table, and I knew there had to be a better way. So I built it. I tested, refined, and perfected a system that works every single time—not just when the market is hot.

The biggest lesson? Most of what people think they know about selling homes is wrong. Overpricing kills momentum. Sitting on the market hurts your leverage. And the idea that you can “just wait for the right buyer” is nonsense. If you want top dollar, you need a plan that forces the right buyer to act fast. That’s what Saturday to Sold does.

At the end of the day, I want people to know this—selling a home doesn’t have to be slow, stressful, or uncertain. If you follow the right process, it’s simple, strategic, and profitable. That’s exactly what I do, and that’s why my sellers win.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
If my best friend was in town for a week, we’d keep it simple…good food, cold drinks, and places actually worth going to. Here’s how it’d go:

Day 1: Start with breakfast at Milly’s, a solid local café with great food and no pretense. Then drive up Lookout Mountain for some fresh air and views. Wrap up the day with steak and whiskey at either The Fort or Buckhorn Exchange…both old-school, no-BS spots.

Day 2: Something active…gun range or axe throwing…then grab a burger at Park Burger. Good food, no fuss, just a solid burger done right.

Day 3: Head to Golden, grab some beers at Cannonball Creek Brewing, then hit Woody’s for pizza and another round.

Day 4: Start the day back at Milly’s, this time for coffee…because good coffee with a real local feel is hard to beat. Spend the afternoon fishing or hiking in Evergreen, then stop at a dive bar on the way back for cheap drinks and no crowds.

Day 5: Time for Launch Pad Brewery in Aurora…easily one of the best beer spots around…then track down a real BBQ joint. No gimmicks, just good smoked meat.

Day 6: Smoke some meat at home, crack some beers, and take it easy…because sometimes the best day is one where you don’t go anywhere.

Day 7: Big breakfast, black coffee, no schedule. If there’s time, one last stop at Launch Pad Brewery before the airport.

Nothing fancy, nothing overhyped…just a damn good week with good food, good drinks, and no wasted time.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
Absolutely. My shoutout goes to every home seller who’s ever trusted me with one of their biggest financial decisions. Without them, there’s no 3-Day Selling System, no Saturday to Sold—none of it. They’re the reason I push so hard to get top market value in just three days.

Beyond that, I have to give credit to the real estate industry itself—the good, the bad, and the downright frustrating parts of it. Seeing how many agents rely on outdated strategies or leave sellers stuck in drawn-out, ineffective processes is what pushed me to create a system that actually delivers. Instead of just throwing a sign in the yard and hoping for the best, I built a process that drives results, and I owe a lot of that motivation to seeing how things were being done wrong.

And, of course, my family. The support, the patience, the understanding—couldn’t do this without them.
