Meet Sarah Leader | Realtor

We had the good fortune of connecting with Sarah Leader and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Sarah, we’d love to hear about how you approach risk and risk-taking
Risk is the adrenaline that keeps us moving forward! If we are not challenging ourselves consistently and taking risks, we run a bigger risk of becoming stagnant. It was a risk to begin a new career and there are constant risks when deciding on house flipping projects. But taking calculated and well-planned risks keeps our hearts pumping, our minds growing, and our positive influence expanding!

What should our readers know about your business?
My career has catapulted into my life’s mission and what drives an unwavering dedication to go above and beyond! I LOVE educating, building confidence, and empowering others in their journey. Grit, hustle, communication, putting clients first, and consistently being willing to go the extra mile have propelled me on my path. As a former special education teacher, relationships and coordination are my foundation for success. There are challenges within every career, and real estate has encountered some unique hurdles the past few years. Consistently showing up to serve others first, advocating for and viewing clients as family, and dedicating myself relentlessly to a strong work ethic has continued to bolster my passion and success. Going the extra mile will always be the bedrock of my business as I continue to offer hands-on, full-service value to my clients; I provide perks that make clients’ real estate process easier, from professional cleaning to professional home staging. I strive to hustle for my clients with the utmost effort, while continuing to focus directly on my clients’ unique needs.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
I would love a trip with my bestie! On day one, would first visit the Brown Palace in Boulder for high tea, then make our way to Red Rocks Amphitheatre for a concert. The next day, we would head to Keystone for an epic day of skiing and have delicious coffee and pizza at Steep Brewing & Coffee Co at the mountain. On day 3, we would camp out and hike one of Colorado’s 58 fourteeners then finish with dinner at Beaujo’s in Idaho Springs. Our legs would be sore and our hearts full; the best vacation is one filled with adventure!

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
I am excited to dedicate my shoutout to my MODestate mentors and business partners Calvin Lennberg and Phill Bicker who encourage, support, and always answer my phone calls! Also, I am beyond grateful for Patti Rawson and Darcy Highfill, who bring the behind-the-scenes mortgage broker magic. A huge heartfelt dedication goes to my FANTASTIC clients who are the heart of my business, and my amazingly supportive friends and family. I am grateful to the crew behind the power tools at Snowmount Construction, who help us flip houses with a level of quality that doesn’t seem possible in such short timeframes. I am also honored to work with the best and most trusted home inspectors, Patrick and Hunter Ritchie at WIN Home Inspections. Last but certainly not least, extra kudos goes to my husband and daughters, who have been my cheerleaders as they help me keep up the momentum to serve my clients with 150%.
