We had the good fortune of connecting with Sterling Miller and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Sterling, we’d love to start by asking you about lessons learned. Is there a lesson you can share with us?
The most important lesson I have learned while assisting companies in a wide range of industries is to stay authentic. People are constantly bombarded with fake messaging and cheesy slogans and they crave real authentic connections. People support companies and brands that live their values. When building my personal brand, I take this same approach by being a resource for business owners to expand their knowledge of digital marketing and content creation.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
Frozen Fire is a digital marketing agency and video production company that helps businesses harness the most powerful aspect of modern marketing – the Internet – to engage customers in memorable ways; ways that ignite sales and business growth. With years of experience in the digital marketing industry, we have a breadth of knowledge working with clients of all sizes across a variety of industries.

I joined Frozen Fire as they were expanding into the Colorado market. Frozen Fire had been servicing clients in Dallas, Texas for over two decades when Brad and Brandy moved to Colorado back in 2018. They saw a ton of potential for a marketing company in Colorado, so they opened a small office in Idaho Springs and began helping companies with their online presence.

As of this year, we opened our new office in downtown Denver and began servicing clients in the metro area. Entering a new market is always challenging and the move to downtown Denver presented its own set of issues. Denver is much more competitive in the marketing space than Idaho Springs and Dallas, and most of our Colorado-based clients have been in the foothills region so we were all around new players to the market. However, by building relationships within the Denver business community, we now service many well-known Colorado companies such as Good Times Burgers and Interstate Roofing.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
Colorado is a hub for all things fun! I would start the week downtown, catching a Rockies game and exploring some of the cool bars and breweries the city has to offer. Death & Co, Retrograde and Bierstadt Lagerhaus are all on that list. End the night at the Tarantula for a night of free pool. Of course, we would have to hit a hiking trail or two. St. Mary’s Glacier for a short and easy trek, or Mt. Bierstadt to conquer a 14er. That night look up any musicians in town and see a show at Red Rocks, Mission Ballroom or any of the awesome concert venues here.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
The organizational and support structure here at Frozen Fire is outstanding. Brad and Brandy, the company founders, truly care about every individual’s personal development and create opportunities for everyone to achieve their goals.
