Meet Tania Trochez | Model & content creator

We had the good fortune of connecting with Tania Trochez and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Tania, what habits do you feel helped you succeed?
I could say the usual habits like waking up early, exercising, or maintaining a daily routine have definitely helped me stay physically and mentally strong. But honestly, the most important habit that has truly helped me get to where I am today is choosing myself every single day. Choosing my well-being, protecting my energy, and having the courage to say ‘no’ when something doesn’t align with me. That inner commitment to honoring myself has been the foundation for making aligned decisions and staying focused on my path.

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
Since I was little, I’ve always known I came into this world to help others. I’ve felt it deeply — that my purpose was connected to uplifting, inspiring, and reminding people of what’s possible. This year, I finally decided to step fully into that calling by launching my Instagram platform, @tanscontent. I created it as a space to share my voice, my wisdom, and my truth — with the hope that it resonates with women (and anyone open to it), showing them that everything in this life is possible. It all starts with self-love, belief in your own power, and the desire to make a difference.
Another big step for me this year was getting out of my comfort zone and starting my modeling journey with NXT Model Denver. Modeling has always been a dream of mine — and now, it’s becoming real. Fashion, beauty, and creativity have always come naturally to me. I see beauty not just as something external, but as an expression of who we are, how we carry ourselves, and how we inspire others through confidence and authenticity.
This journey is still unfolding, but I’m proud of the courage it’s taken to begin. I’m learning that when you align your life with purpose, everything starts flowing — even when it’s challenging. And I’m here to remind others that they can do the same.
If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
If my best friend were visiting, I’d want to give them the most magical and soul-nourishing experience Colorado has to offer — a perfect mix of adventure, nature, good food, and chill vibes.
We’d definitely take a trip to the mountains — maybe spend a weekend in Glenwood Springs. We’d go snow tubing or sliding in the snow during the day, and then unwind in the natural hot springs at night — there’s nothing like soaking in warm water while surrounded by snowy peaks. It’s the ultimate reset.
Back in Boulder, I’d take them to Rosetta Hall rooftop to watch the sunset. The view is stunning, the vibes are just right, and we’d enjoy some good drinks and delicious globally-inspired food. It’s one of my favorite spots to relax and connect.
During the week, we’d explore local gems — maybe visit the Boulder Farmers Market for fresh produce and artisan goods, take a peaceful hike at Chautauqua Park, and later catch live music at The Velvet Elk Lounge or Dazzle Denver if we’re feeling jazzy.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
One of the people who has truly inspired me is my family — but especially my grandmother. She’s a woman I deeply admire. Ever since I was a child, she saw something special in me that no one else did. My grandmother taught me what it means to be strong and resilient. No matter how many times life brings you down, she always reminded me that there’s a way to rise again. Her faith in me planted a seed of confidence that continues to grow.
In this present moment, two books have really marked my journey. The first is Atomic Habits by James Clear — it taught me to value the small steps, to see progress even in the tiniest changes, and to understand how lasting transformation comes from building habits little by little.
The second is Cómo hacer que te pasen cosas buenas by Marian Rojas. That book helped me face life’s challenges from a more positive and intentional perspective. It shifted the way I respond to difficult moments and reminded me that mindset truly shapes experience.
I carry all these influences with me, and I’m grateful for each one.
