We had the good fortune of connecting with Tess Hoffmann and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Tess, how does your business help the community?
We think and act local; in that we innovate towards reducing waste often associated with the haircare industry. We also create a shared peaceful environment, where you can conscientiously receive hair and body care services.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
Our environmental undercurrent and co-op quality. Produces very minimal waste for our industry of haircare and we work as individuals on a team. Where we support and grow each other while being very self responsible to contribute to a very comfortable and uplifting work environment.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
Definitely the hikes and walks that are easy to get to and numerous. The downtown area of Castle Rock is very cute and enjoyable to walk around as well. With quite a few nice casual restaurants as well as some nicer establishments that are a delight, there’s unique shopping at ‘the Barn’ and Emporium and others near by.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
