Hi Thomas, is there something that you feel is most responsible for your success?
We are able to evolve. With a weekly changing menu and the ability to evolve for each event from festivals to intimate weddings.

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
We are The Yum Bus based in bailey co that is on our second year of business and ever evolving to meet the desires of the riders to get their Yum.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
Go hiking and camping various spots in the area. There’s are lots of great short walks with the family and maybe an overnight spot by water. Don’t want to share the best spots.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
I have to give credit to my first chef kafantaris for believing in me (what seems like so long ago) and my family for standing behind me on this journey and literally helping build (Dan).
