We had the good fortune of connecting with Vida Elekovic and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Vida, what is the most important factor behind your success?
The most important factor behind my success is my team. It is incredibly hard to do everything yourself so who you choose as your partners and teammates is crucial.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
My business is a custom signage company. We do all types of signage from storefronts to backlit signs, but we specialize in LED neon signs. What sets us apart form others is our quick lead time and sign quality. My first business was actually a head shop that eventually needed signage, hence custom signage company. I would’t call it easy and any challenge that I have had, I’ve been able to overcome because of my team. A big lesson I learned was that it’s so important to choose your team wisely and have people you can depend on.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
I would take them out to Broadway to the bars down the road and my head shop Sky High Smoke that is there. I would take them to a Red Rocks show and Meow Wolf!

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
The person I would give recognition to is Noah Crowley, my business and life partner.
