We had the good fortune of connecting with Will Mannsz and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Will, can you walk us through the thought-process of starting your business?
I started MagicMannsz Entertainment with one central belief: This moment is the only one we’re guaranteed. That insight became the soul of my business. Magic—at its best—isn’t just entertainment. It’s a mirror. A wake-up call. A nudge that says, “Hey, you’re alive. Right now. What are you going to do with that?”

When I looked around the Colorado entertainment scene, I noticed something: while there are a few genuinely talented magicians who treat this craft as a full-time profession, there weren’t many offering the kind of vision-driven, emotionally anchored, high-end magic experience I felt called to create. I didn’t want to just supplement someone’s event—I wanted to ignite something real through storytelling, sleight-of-hand, and presence. That meant treating magic not as a hobby, but as a business. A calling. A full commitment.

Starting my own company gave me the freedom to bring that philosophy to life. It allowed me to be intentional about every element of the experience—how I show up, how I serve, how I inspire. And it gave me a platform to share something that matters: Don’t just consume life. Create it. You’re here. You’re breathing. The next moment isn’t promised. So why not live your magic life now?

That’s what my shows are about. Whether it’s a corporate performance, a luxury wedding reception, or an exclusive private party in Colorado, I’m there to do more than impress. I’m there to awaken something—to remind people that their dreams are still worth chasing in real time.

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
—At the core of what I do is a simple but powerful belief: magic should make people feel more alive—

I’m the founder and performer behind MagicMannsz Entertainment, a boutique entertainment company based in Denver, Colorado. I specialize in luxury private events, corporate entertainment, and elevated wedding magic experiences—and I approach this not just as an art form, but as a full-scale, professional business grounded in heart, integrity, and precision.

What sets my work apart is the emotional intention behind it. I don’t just perform magic tricks—I create unforgettable moments of connection. Moments where time slows down, people lean in, and the real world disappears just long enough to remind you what wonder feels like. Whether I’m performing close-up sleight-of-hand during a cocktail hour, commanding a 500-seat theater with a stage show, or officiating a wedding ceremony with awe woven into the vows, the goal is always the same: presence. Magic that’s meaningful. Personal. Alive.

That vision came from a deeply human place: the understanding that we don’t get to guarantee the next moment. All we truly have is now. So the question becomes: What are you going to do with it?
I choose to help people step out of the ordinary—and into something unforgettable.

Getting to this point wasn’t easy. Magic demands thousands of unseen hours. But building a career in magic? That requires even more: branding, sales, client experience, logistics, networking, creative stamina, and faith in your own voice. There were seasons when gigs were sparse, bills were tight, and I felt the weight of building a path that didn’t yet exist. But every challenge sharpened me. I leaned into what made me different—not less. I studied business as much as I studied magic. I listened more than I spoke. I delivered beyond expectations. And I kept showing up.

Some of the lessons I’ve learned along the way:
– Treat every client like they’re your only client.
– The energy you bring into the room matters more than any secret move.
– Don’t wait for permission—craft the show, build the brand, send the email.
– Always leave people better than you found them.

What I want the world to know is this: MagicMannsz isn’t just about tricks. It’s about transformation. It’s about living your magic life—one bold, inspired moment at a time. This isn’t a hobby. It’s a calling. A craft. And a business built with intention and a little bit of fire.

So if you’re looking for a magician who doesn’t just entertain, but elevates—for an event that becomes a core memory, for an experience that lingers—you just found him.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
We’d keep it real and local—starting with some of my go-to food spots.
Mizu Izakaya and El Chingon are two of my absolute favorites—both owned by incredible Denver entrepreneurs who always make you feel welcome. And the food? Unmatched.

We’d catch a Red Rocks concert—because honestly, it doesn’t even matter who’s playing. That venue is pure Colorado magic. During the day, we’d hike one of the nearby mountain trails, breathe in that clean air, and let the views do what they do best: reset everything.

No visit to Denver is complete without a brewery hop. We’d definitely hit Collision Brewing—not just for one of the best bar and craft beer selections around, but because their kitchen consistently delivers some of the freshest, most delicious meals you’ll find anywhere. It’s a full experience, not just a pint.

Then we’d explore a few of the newer spots popping up in RiNo. And if we can snag tickets? A Nuggets game at Ball Arena. The energy in that building is next level—especially when Jokic and Aaron Gordon start heating up.

And of course, I’d slip in a little of my own magic—whether it’s during a night out or just around the table with friends. The goal is always the same: live in the moment, and make it unforgettable.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
No success story is ever truly solo—and mine is no exception.
The journey of building MagicMannsz Entertainment has been shaped by the love, belief, and encouragement of some truly remarkable people.

First and foremost, my wife, Maristel. She’s the steady, brilliant force behind the scenes. Her support has been unwavering through the chaos, the late nights, the travel, and the bold creative risks. As a certified advocate for others in her own right, she brings a grounded, compassionate strength to both our home and my business. She reminds me daily why I do what I do—and who I’m doing it for.

Then there’s my son, Nova. He’s only four, but already my biggest fan and most honest audience. He reminds me of the pure magic in wonder itself. Performing for him reconnects me with the emotional heartbeat of my craft. He keeps me humble, lit up, and playful.

Here in Colorado, two incredible supporters—David Kaufman and Alex Relli—have been pivotal. Their belief in me, and their willingness to champion my work before anyone was asking, meant the world. They’ve helped grow my presence in Colorado’s high-end private party scene, luxury wedding market, and corporate entertainment world.

On a broader stage, I’ve been honored to connect with legends of the magic world: Penn Jillette, Justin Willman, David Blaine, Shawn Farquhar, Scott Pepper, Shawn Popp, Joshua Jay, Andi Gladwin, Michael Vincent, and Blake Vogt. Each has generously shared encouragement, performance insight, time, or a signal boost that said, “Keep going. You’re doing something real.” Recognition like that from the best in the business means more than I can say.

And a special mention goes to Andre Kole and Tennyson McCarty— magicians I had the privilege of touring with in my early twenties as an opening act on college campuses across the country. Their mentorship on that tour taught me resilience, adaptability, show production, and how to truly read a room—skills that now shape every show I perform.

This business may bear my name—but the magic? That’s built on the love, mentorship, and support of many. I carry them with me in every moment on stage. While I’ve named a few key people here, there are countless others—friends, clients, fellow artists, and quiet champions behind the curtain—who’ve helped bring this vision to life. Your impact is felt.
You’re part of this magic, too.
