Our city is home to so many incredible businesses and so we asked the founders how they came up with the ideas for their businesses and have shared their responses below.

When I first started strength training, I was very sick. I had struggled with binge eating disorder, body dysmorphia, and used exercise as punishment for my secret eating habits my entire life. I love creating experiences for others. I spent over a decade producing over-the-top social gatherings and events at Bluebird Productions. It became very clear to me that a successful event is not just about how beautiful a table setting or a ceremony backdrop is. The event being amazing isn’t about caviar vs burgers or how famous the band is. A successful and memorable event is one where the host feels calm and confident and has a fabulous time.
