Can you walk us through the thought-process of starting your business?
After working with real estate agents and vacation rental hosts for 8+ years through their branding and design studio, Alison and Greg Gardner were inspired to revolutionize the way the real estate industry generated digital content. Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
We are the only listing description platform that exists as of this moment, which is pretty incredible! We are very proud of the platform we’ve created, the copywriters we work with, and the agents and properties we get to represent. We have learned that doing an excellent job backed by passion and compassion can help support the growth of business with referrals.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
Our client Dyllan Nguyen (aka: Denver Dyllan) provided us with the opportunity to begin writing listing descriptions for his many properties in Colorado a few years back. We began to do research and realized that more real estate agents might need support in writing custom listing descriptions for their properties as well. Either they were writing them and didn’t enjoy them or have the time, or their front desk personnel was writing them. Through Dyllan’s connections we were able to support multiple agents at the Sotheby’s office in Denver, and since then we’ve grown to support agents in mutiple states and offices.
