We had the good fortune of connecting with Dani’L Simone and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Dani’L, can you walk us through the thought-process of starting your business?
My decision to move towards owning a small business was one that I made with definitive confidence upon graduating from college with my Bachelor of the Arts in Communications/Mass Comm.

Heavily involved in the Miss America Scholarship Pageants allowed me to not only obtain scholarship money towards school, the pageant system also allowed me to grow as a young adult, find my genuine voice, & really discover how much I enjoyed working with people while using my artistic skills to provide happiness & prosperity through something that I absolutely loved doing!

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
As an Artist I found my calling as a young girl. We all have the capabilities to excel at something in life, & as vast as my interests are, my heart was always embedded within the Arts: Singing, Dancing, Acting, Modeling, Photography & Gemstone Mala Designer since I was a young girl.

What sets me apart from others…

Honestly, everytime I step on a stage, a runway, or behind the lens, I’m just remaining true to my roots, so I just feel like I’m my authentic self giving my 100% all to what I love.

I’m most proud of my willpower & determination to succeed & pursue avenues that not only challenge me, but who embrace me as someone who is a petite in many ‘tall’ oriented industries! It may sound trivial, but it can be an additional challenge.

So, I got where I am today through a devout work ethic, determination, & drive as combined with skills & talents that I have nurtured my whole life! That willingness to push through the tough times & desire to move towards my dreams is also an asset.

Working to obtain what you want in life isn’t ever a transparent journey, there are always obstacles to overcome, but knowing that the life you desire is possible is an unstoppable force!!!

The lessons I’ve learned are many, & probably one of the most important ones is not to give up. We all fall from time to time & that’s also what leads us to rise back up stronger than ever before. We take our trials, learn from them, & move towards the light! Life is too precious not to pursue what makes our soul happy!

What I’d like for the world to know about my brand is that I do define myself as an Artist, meaning that I’m proficient in every avenue that I have mentioned! Singer, Dancer, Actress, Model, Photographer, & Gemstone Mala Designer, I will always cultivate a 5 star experience to the best of my ability because the Arts are what I know, what I adore, & who I am as both an active Artist & Entrepreneur!!!

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
Depending on the friend who was visiting, that would easily define the experience!

Colorado is such a diverse & beautiful state offering cityscapes & landscape, so I’d base this visit on.

If it’s a city date, then fine dining, shopping, fashion shows & music venues would be ideal! Some of my favorite locations include Cherry Creek, Wash Park, & Lonetree.

For my more of my nature loving besties, I think visiting Boulder, Estees Park, Breckenridge or any beautiful mountain town would be fantastic! There’s hiking, shopping, restaurants, music, just on a more relaxed scale of enjoyment.
