We had the good fortune of connecting with Alpaca Roofing and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Alpaca Roofing, maybe we can start at the very start – the idea – how did you come up with the idea for your business?
We were tired of the corporate world and missed our construction roots. When talking about our construction experience, we noticed that the most common pain point that customer faced is poor customer service. With this in mind, we decided to attack a sector that already comes with pain associated to projects – roofing – because a lot of the projects are associated to property damage or loss. When we combine our construction experience with our best in class customer service, you get Alpaca Roofing

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
Our customer service is what sets us apart the most. We know that there are a lot of competitors – roofing companies are a dime a dozen, including flight-by-night companies that are just storm chasers. While most companies brag about the number of roofs they sell, we pride ourselves in the number of clients that we advise not to buy a roof because it’s not necessary yet – we are chasing long-lasting relationships rather than one-time-sales
