We had the good fortune of connecting with Brandon Tribett and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Brandon, we’d love to hear more about how you thought about starting your own business?
Our thought process behind starting our own business came from a desire to change the traditional barbershop experience. We wanted to innovate by introducing a new way to get a haircut that brings more value and flexibility for customers. The idea of an unlimited cuts membership was born from that drive—giving clients the freedom to come in as often as they want without worrying about the cost each time. It’s all about creating an experience that’s convenient, accessible, and tailored to fit their lifestyle.

What should our readers know about your business?
ClubCuts Barbershop was founded on a vision to offer more than just a haircut—we wanted to create a space that values community, consistency, and innovation. What sets us apart is our unique unlimited cuts membership, which allows clients the freedom to look fresh whenever they want without worrying about extra costs. This concept was designed to give our customers the flexibility they deserve, making grooming an easy and enjoyable part of their routine.

Getting to where we are today was a journey full of challenges, but each one taught us something valuable. Like any business, we faced our share of obstacles—refining our membership model, building a loyal client base, and standing out in a competitive market. To overcome these challenges, we stayed focused on our core values and listened closely to customer feedback. Their trust and loyalty have been our biggest motivators.

One lesson we’ve learned along the way is the importance of consistency and adaptability. We wanted to provide top-notch service every time, and we worked hard to build a team that could deliver that. Another big takeaway has been the power of community—our clients aren’t just customers; they’re the heartbeat of ClubCuts.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
Here’s a sample of what we’d do to see Denver’s best spots, great food, local attractions, and of course, a stop at ClubCuts! One day we’d do breakfast at Snooze and dinner at Cherry Creek Grill .We’d squeeze in an afternoon visit to ClubCuts Barbershop. We would Catch a Nuggets game after a dinner at Shanahan’s, one of my favorite places! We’d probably squeeze in a hike at Red Rocks, get lunch & shop in Cherry Creek. Of course, we’d try to catch Coach Prime and the Buff’s if they were playing!

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
My journey wouldn’t be where it is today without the incredible support and inspiration from those around me. First and foremost, my family has been my rock, providing encouragement and believing in my vision from the very beginning. I also owe a lot to my friends and business partner, whose collaboration and insights have been instrumental in shaping our business model. Finally, I’d like to shout out to the incredible team we have onboard, whose skill and commitment to excellence have allowed me to think outside the box and bring something new to the industry. Their work reminds me daily of the impact a great haircut experience can have on people’s lives.
