Hi Ashlesha, we’d love to hear more about how you thought about starting your own business?
I started InTek Digital Solutions in 2024 because I wanted something different. My time in Corporate America opened my eyes to how big corporations often overlook the value of talent, creativity, and fresh ideas. The growth opportunities were limited, and I found myself wanting more – more freedom, more impact, and a chance to make a real difference.

That’s when I knew it was time to break free and build a business that would do things differently. I wanted to work with small businesses and entrepreneurs, providing them with the professional marketing and branding services they deserve, without the hefty price tag. My goal is to show that you don’t need a massive budget to elevate your business… you just need smart, effective strategies that actually work.

InTek is all about partnership and growth. I’m passionate about helping businesses succeed and putting my team’s talents to work in ways that make a real impact. It’s not just about running an agency; it’s about supporting businesses, empowering them to compete with the big players, and proving that with the right marketing, anything is possible. This is my commitment: to help you grow, to put your success first, and to do it in a way that’s real, affordable, and effective.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
At InTek Digital Solutions, we’re all about helping businesses grow in the digital landscape – no matter their size. We don’t box ourselves into working with just one type of business. Instead, we partner with business owners who are ready to think big, build long-term relationships, and take their business to the next level in a digitally driven world. Whether it’s marketing solutions, branding strategies, reputation management, or tech development, we focus on offering affordable, effective services that make a real impact. We’re not just about getting the job done; we want to work together with our clients and grow alongside them, opening doors to resources they might not have known were possible.

Getting here wasn’t easy, but every challenge has shaped the way I approach business. One key lesson I’ve learned is that offering value to clients first is everything. There are tons of marketing agencies out there, but we stand apart by focusing on real, effective solutions that help businesses invest in their growth – because when they grow, we grow.

Another big lesson I’ve learned is the importance of being authentic. To make your business truly thrive, you’ve got to stay true to what it’s meant to be. Being open, real, and genuine with clients, partners, and everyone you work with has brought more growth than I could have imagined. When you focus on serving others and building strong, authentic relationships, the success follows naturally.

What I want people to know about InTek is that we’re here to empower businesses to thrive in a competitive world. I have built this company with a lot of heart and a lot of hard work, and we’re committed to helping our clients succeed. The journey hasn’t been easy, and is far from where I want it to be, but staying true to our mission of collaboration, growth, and service to others has been the key to it all.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
I live in beautiful Colorado, where there’s so much to explore! If my best friend visited (which, by the way, is long overdue), we’d definitely spend time on some gorgeous scenic hikes, check out some cute little mountain towns, and hit up local bars, breweries, and of course, and maybe try a bunch of ethnic food and restaurants. Since I’m originally from India, my best friend and I love discovering new flavors, so food would definitely be a big part of our adventure! We’d also hang out at places with a great view, take my kids to the park, and just do all the simple, fun things that best friends do!

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
I call myself a “momtrepreneur” because my journey has been exactly that – being a full-time mom and entrepreneur managing their business full time. When I think about the people who’ve helped me get to where I am, there’s so much gratitude in my heart. When I first started this business, I was a newly postpartum mom with two little ones under 2, adjusting to motherhood while trying to build something from the ground up. We had just moved to a new city, so we didn’t have anyone to turn to for help with the kids. My husband really stepped up during that time, managing the kids at home and giving me the space to focus on my business. His support has been a total game-changer for me to be able to get my business to grow, and I’m so grateful for him being there every step of the way. I love that we don’t have gender roles in the family.

I also want to give a big shoutout to my family. Even though they had their doubts at times, they’ve been there with love, patience, and encouragement, and that’s meant the world to me.

And of course, I have to thank my incredible business partners and clients. So many of them have referred me to their networks over the past year, and those referrals have turned into real, meaningful friendships and partnerships that I cherish. I’ve built some amazing relationships along the way, and I’m truly thankful for every person who’s been a part of this journey.
